Stayed Apr 27, 2025Very limited kitchen supplies. Bare minimum. No coffee filters, no basic spices, only half a roll of toilet paper, very few dishes and cooking utensils. The place is in a nice neighborhood

Stayed Mar 14, 2025The place was somewhat clean and it was cute, however, the bed was extremely hard and not enough towels were offered. The bathroom curtain was full of mold and there smell of the place evoked a sense of humidity . I believe the owner could put some more effort into making it more accommodating and pleasant.

Stayed Jun 24, 2023I grew up in this part of town just down the road on 13th and 2nd so I kinda knew what to expect in the housing around the area. I was a bit skeptical at first but I had no problem giving the benefit of the doubt. This place is everything the images show it to be. It was very clean and everything we needed for the kitchen was there. The restroom worked 100% no clogs no water back ups. There was a washing machine and dryer combo as well. This place sits in a perfect spot for accessing Delray Beach. The beach is a 5 min drive down the road, is just minutes away from Atlantic Ave. In short I am more than pleased with the rental, and the price I felt was fair in a nice quite little spot. I do recommend this rental and location to enjoy a stay in Delray Beach Fl. I will be renting this place again
