Great Location - Central Cheyenne

loved this place! so cute and cozy.

Description does not say you have a long stairway of 3 steps to enter. Not easy for old or disabled.No hot water from bathroom sink.Not enough blankets for a cold night in Cheyenne.No bedside table or lamp as in picture. It is a suitcase!

The room was great, quiet neighborhood with fantastic parking. The house was well equipped and comfortable.

This is always a great place to stay. This is my second time this year I stayed here. The owners are on point!

The place was nice and very close to everything! Communication with the owner was easy and quick responses which is always nice! The house was charming and had everything we needed for our stay! Will definitely use again when we go back!

Location was good but life is too short to stay in a hell hole like this. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else. You only live once.

Heater in LR on high blows a breaker (basement) We called, they turned it up 2 degrees via remote access. We set space heater to medium, & it was ok. Some windows are old single-pane. By the end of day 2 we figured out how to keep the place warm2.STAIRS. Don’t like stairs? Skip this3.OLD: everything is pretty old; didn’t bother us4.FURNISHINGS: Sparse, but OK for us. 1 couch, 2 wood chairs. 4 stools in kitchen. No dresser. 1 night stand (an old suitcase) 5.1 TV: not a problem for us6.CLAW TUB: Mobility issues? Getting in or out is a bit of a challenge. Wait a minute after adjusting hot/cold. Plenty of hot water for 2 showers7.BED: my wife liked it, but for me it was too firm. A matter of taste8.CLOSETS: 100 year old houses have lousy closets. We used shelves in hall closet for clothes 9.ELECTRICITY: Use hair dryer at same time as bedroom heater, or put Living room heater on high, you’ll trip the breakerBottom LineIf you can handle these inconveniences, this place is a bargain. You can’t compare this to a place that costs 2 or 3 times as much. For us, it was good for the price

Clean, comfortable, good location. Needed an overflow bedroom when visiting family at Christmas. Bed was comfortable. Tub would be a bit tricky for someone with mobility issues.

25 steps up to the property on 2nd floor. No central heat or extra blankets. Extension cords everywhere, blew out fuses running space heaters. Trundle couch very uncomfortsble. Only 2 small tv in living room so people using bedroom infringe on living room bed/couch to watch tv making a hardship for person using the couch. This is a spot for two people max. It was very uncomfortable with three. The kitchen was great and was well equipped. The host was responsive to bringing extra blankets and getting the power turned back on. The location was excellent. Having only alley access was a pain,

I always stay here if I am in Cheyenne. It is nice and comfortable and quirky with all the old wood work and an older building at the same time. I really like staying here.
