Great Location-Beautiful Friendly Andersonville Neighborhood

The house was charming and gave the perfect old Chicago feel.

Beautiful and calm neighborhood withing great walking distance of any desirable location. The location itself is a well preserved slice of Chicago history.

This is not the first time we stayed here.The owner is accessible, place is clean, parking available , great for 2-4 guests and reasonable cost for location.Hope to return

Beautiful and comfortable! My friends and I stayed here over the weekend and loved it. Convenient location within walking distance to come of the city’s best restaurants and bars. Clean, sunny and the beds were cozy! We will definitely consider staying here again.

This home is a fabulous place in an excellent neighborhood, close to restaurants and a quaint downtown area. The host is very responsive. Home is comfortable, clean, and spacious.

It was a nice and clean space with 3 bedrooms and comfortable beds. It's a well decorated place in a beautiful area. We really enjoyed our stay.

This is one of the best places I have rented. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and very attractive, with lots of room for the 4 adults in our party to spread out, but also meet together. Spotlessly clean. The Andersonville neighborhood is delightful, and the lake is not too far away. Paul responded right away to the couple of questions we had. Exceptional.

Very clean and beautifully decorated. Great, friendly neighborhood and outdoor space. Solid Wi-Fi access and speed for streaming Netflix etc. Kitchen has the basics needed if you’re planning on meals in the space including a selection of spices. That being said, there are plenty of restaurants in the area, and access to Uber and Lyft is a snap. Also, the host is friendly and responsive.

This rental is perfectly located for easy access to the main sites in Chicago. We were within 20 minutes driving to all the things we wanted to see, including less than 15 minutes to the beach! This place was also the cleanest place I've ever rented from VRBO and actually matched the pictures perfectly. I cannot recommend enough. I stayed here with my husband and two children, 6 and 3. They loved Chicago! Thank you Paul for a great stay

Beautiful, clean apartment in an excellent location to walk to all of the shops and restaurants in Andersonville. Really nice being able to get to the redline into the city easily or take a long walk or very quick drive to the lake beach.

My family and I had a truly fantastic stay here while in town for my daughter's college graduation. The location in Andersonville was both convenient and awesome (restaurants, cafes, and shops within easy walking distance). Even during a fabulous neighborhood festival, we were able to find street parking easily, and the street itself was pretty quiet, very residential and walkable. The stairs up to the second-floor apartment are a little tricky for those who have mobility or balance issues, but it's a great apartment I'd recommend highly. Paul is a great host--a very clear communicator and super responsive.

What a beautiful home!! So much original character and each living space had its own vibe. My 14 year old son and I were so comfortable throughout our week long stay. We could really spread out and give each other privacy when needed. The apartment was also surprisingly quiet at night! We slept like babies. Paul, the host, was incredible attentive and helped with any questions we had. Very professional. There is so much to do in the neighborhood and downtown is easy to get to by car, bus, or train. We biked all around Andersonville and along the lake front. It is a bustling community and everyone is out and about. Every restaurant we tried was amazing. Overall, it was the perfect vacation. We can’t wait to go back!

We loved the apartment for a six day visit. It had everything one could need in terms of the kitchen. Though we didn't cook since there are so many good restaurants and cards walking distance..

Fantastic location and wonderful property. Walking distance to lots of restaurants, cute stores, the Swedish Museum, and the train to go downtown. We loved the charm of this older home. Everything was very clean, the beds were soft, and the shower great! I was a little concerned about on street parking but we were always able to find a spot near by.

this house was perfect for my parents to stay over the winter months. Paul was a wonderful host, communicated regularly with them when needed. The place was extremely clean and just as described. There was plenty of spaces to be in inside of the house which was helpful in the cold winter days. Would stay again.

Beautiful building! Comfy beds, well-stocked pantry with essentials. Great location, 2 blocks from CLark Street, but really quiet. Paul was great with communication.

Quaint and well appointed Victorian B and B. Tastefully decorated and only walking distance from nice shops restaurants and stores. Host quickly responds to questions. Very comfortable with all the comforts of home.

We came to Chicago for the Winter Classic. My grown kids and myself. To say the property was well maintained is an understatement. We loved the place. We would definitely recommend staying there and would love to stay there again. Our property owner Paul was wonderful so helpful we appreciated his hospitality if I could give 10 stars I would!!!

We stayed in this apartment over the Christmas holiday. It was very comfortable and conveniently located. We walked just about everywhere we went. Paul was a great host —helpful and available!

My sister and I stayed in this lovely apartment for four days, and it was everything we needed it to be (and more, since we didn't take advantage of the well stocked kitchen; we were on vacation, after all). Lovely setting for a fall visit to Chicago. Everything was very comfortable and clean and the owner was very responsive to messages and even inquired if we were warm enough when the temperatures turned a little chilly one day. I hope I might get a chance to stay here again, perhaps for a friends' weekend.

This property is truly a beautiful and comfortable space with all of the amenities you could want. The host was proactively communicative and welcoming and the neighborhood gives off the same vibe. All the stars, highly recommend. Thank you again!

Great apartment right by the village. It was even an easy walk home from Wrigley. Very comfortable, clean and nice decor.

Nicely decorated, quiet and clean 2nd floor unit. Great communication with owner. Easy walk to Andersonville. Walkable to Lincoln Square, Wrigley, and lake. Highly recommended!

Paul's place was perfect for the four of us and came as advertised!! Close to all forms of public transit so it was easy to get to downtown, or just about anywhere else. If you don't want to go far, Andersonville has many dining options a close walk away.

Our host and the apartment were perfect. This is an experienced host… Exceptionally clean and well appointed place. We and our international guests were very comfortable and happy here.
