We spent a week here and wished it was longer. So many great features. Spent lots of time on the spacious deck. Very clean inside and fully stocked. Seriously - anything you need is here. The beach chairs and umbrella made our day on the sand perfect. Communication with the host was excellent. The location is amazing! We walked to almost everything. We’ll book again first chance we get.

The location and property was perfect for my family's needs. The home was clean, had all the amenities that I needed especially when having young children, and you could not ask for a better location with a view! When returning to Carlsbad I will stay here again without question.

The property was just as advertised. Walking distance to beach and town. It was very clean and all the equipment from kitchen appliances, utensils, linens were of top quality. Host was very easy to reach and responded to our questions speedily. We stayed for 2 months and were supplied with paper products, cleaning supplies and coffee for the entire time. We would highly recommend this property and will hope to stay there again should we return to the San Diego area. The weather was a little cooler than we had hoped for January and February.

I loved staying at this place. The location is perfect—steps from the beach as well as numerous coffee shops and restaurants. Dennis’ place was immaculate and extremely well supplied. I would definitely recommend it and would love to stay there again sometime.

Great friends joined us for a week of fun with great views from the deck and an amazing kitchen With all the accessories and an excellent outside bbq.

We had a fantastic stay at this property in Carlsbad! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to great restaurants in Carlsbad. The home was very clean and beautifully maintained, with a spacious deck with an ocean view. Perfect for relaxing or dining outside. The house was fully equipped with all the amenities we could need, from kitchen supplies, coffee pods, to comfortable bedding. We felt right at home. The host, Dennis, was incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions we had during our stay. Thank you, Dennis! We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beach getaway with a great location, fantastic views, nearby restaurants, and all the comforts of home!

This place was amazing!! So amazing we already booked for next year. It’s so close to the beach and has all the beach equipment you would ever need. Dennis has gone above and beyond stocking his place. It’s cozy and safe.

This is as a very cute and clean condo, with everything you need. Dennis the host is very helpful if you have any questions. The neighborhood is very safe and pleasant. It is only a couple minutes to the ocean. People are walking and enjoying the weather constantly. Carlsbad the town was quaint and cute with delightful residents. We hope to stay here again.

The home was wonderful, with comfy living room furniture and beds (although they are very soft, we still slept well!) The bedding is wonderful, and there are thick bath towels. The air con was greatly appreciated, as a few days it really got hot upstairs, even with all the windows open. Loved walking to the beach every morning for our daily exercise and peaceful, ocean sounds. We've already booked two weeks next year. We were pleasantly surprised to have a bottle of wine awaiting for us! What a nice touch. Thank you Dennis!

Fantastic location for easy and close beach access, and walkable to Carlsbad Village. Patio deck provides a great view of the beach and plenty of seating options. Love that it’s in a quiet neighborhood as well. Beds were comfy, lots of towels for beach and in house use. Had beach chairs, umbrellas and a wagon. Well stocked kitchen too! Will be first option if we return to Carlsbad!

This was our second stay at this house and again we loved it! Would stay again! Short walk to the beach, shopping, coffee and restaurants.

We have stayed at this property now a handful of times and have never been disappointed. Dennis is a wonderful host. The property is clean and has all of the necessary amenities that we look for in a vacation. The outside deck is a huge bonus for this property. We eat breakfast there and dinner there and read and stare at the ocean and have a wonderful relaxing experience.

This property is exceptional for its location and the massive 2nd story deck with ocean view! I spent every morning reading and having coffee and breakfast out on the deck while taking in the breeze and ocean view. At night, there is a great fire pit to hang out with a glass of wine. The unit is well stocked and the host is very attentive. The bedrooms could use some updating, particularly the mattresses and carpeting, but other than that the place is great.
