Stayed Jul 19, 2025We booked specifically for the pool and there was no key to access the pool. Communication was good prior to discussion about the pool but as soon as I asked about the pool responses were very delayed. I've asked about a partial refund 3 times with no response. I feel a partial refund is fair as tge property was not as advertised with a pool as the #1 amentity.
