Great Apt. 1 Mile to Downtown Athens & UGA

The condo was cute & was perfect for our stay in Athens. This was the only VRBO that provided toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent & dish washer pods for the entire week. Much appreciation for the extras. The pool was across from the condo & very enjoyable. The owner responded quickly to any question. Thank You

This is a great apartment located close to UGA. Clean house & well stocked kitchen. Just was helpful with suggestions and instructions! Would stay here again!

Very comfortable stay. The area was quiet in July. Apartment as described. Great commuication from owners. Although it is on the first floor, the apartment entrance is not easily accessible for people with limited mobility. Other than that, our stay was great. Very close to downtown!

The location was excellent. The apartment was so spacious! Great space to hang out with family. All the amenities were there. Overall a great stay.

The apartment was great! Great location, great layout! We only stayed a weekend and were out seeing sights most of the time but when we were at the palce, we enjoyed it.The only downside was the upstairs neighbor was quite loud at times.

This cute apartment was a great place to stay when we came to Athens for our daughter’s UGA graduation. It was close to campus but even on grad night was quiet and away from traffic. The UGA decor is fun and the coffee selection was much appreciated! I wish we had found this place sooner!

Listing was accurate. Cute decor & vibe. Shower curtain in master bath & toilet paper holder kept falling. Toilet also didn’t flush well. Bathroom needs some extra maintenance. Other than that place was good.

It was our first time in Athens. We had a great time. I'm sure there's a lot more to discover. The neighborhood appeared to be university student oriented and yet it was quiet on a Friday and Saturday night. It's a nice development and the apartment was super practical. Felt like we had all we could need. Highly recommend.

Kira’s Athens apartment was perfect for our stay for All-State. Kira was very responsive to the questions I had prior to our arrival. The apartment was exactly as described and the location was excellent. I highly recommend staying here.

Kira went above and beyond to accommodate us. She went out of her way to fix any issues we had unrelated to her or the property. The apartments was also very clean and comfortable.

This was the perfect location and setting for our weekend. Easy quick drive to UGA, furnished and equipped with everything we needed and more we didn’t need to prepare for our days, comfortable beds for our nights, and very responsive host. Thank you!!

This VRBO was the perfect getaway for our family. The condo style was spacious and very clean! The bedding and linens were comfy and the kitchen was fully equipped. The decor was super fun and the furniture were perfect for our family’s needs. The owners were super attentive. Within walking distance to stadium was perfect for us!! A must stay.

This was perfect for a weekend seeing our UGA child. Short drive or Uber Uber ride to campus. Owners were very responsive when we had difficulty setting up Wi-Fi. We didn’t really use the kitchen, but it seemed to have everything you would need. Wonderful UGA decor. Would stay again

We enjoyed our stay. Quiet area and the place was exactly as advertised.

Our overall rating for the apartment is a 4 out of 5 due to the cleanliness of the inside of the apartment. There were concrete floors that were not clean. The bathroom walls and baseboards were filthy. It looked like something was spilled and never cleaned up. If it were ours we'd update the place with new paint and put vinyl plank flooring over the concrete. It would look so much cleaner and brighter. Check-in was super easy. The location and neighborhood was great and convenient to the conference center. We felt safe there.

The property was perfect for moving our daughter into UGA and was just a couple minutes in the car away from campus!
