Great Appartment near the beach

The property grounds were well maintained and centrally located. The apartment was clean and as described. It was well stocked with kitchen and beach necessities, with easy beach access. There were not enough towels for 4 people and no wash cloths. The circuit is a must for transportation. The decor and floors need updating. I would defiantly stay again.

The owner and manager very kind, responsive..The unit was roomy, nice pool, great beach access. Easy to get to restaurants, area sights…only downside was dated flooring…. The checkin for parking and pool wristbands was cumbersome…definitely stay again.

The condo is very nice, clean and has plenty of towels and things you need. Kitchen needs update. But clean and usable. Garbage disposal shouldn't be used as it shakes the whole countertop. I would stay again.

The location was excellent. The condo complex is on the beach with two large pools. Plenty of parking. Walmart, Publix, Wynn Dixie, CVS, Walgreens and many restaurants within walking distance (under a mile). There was a mini-market and small cafe in the other building of the complex. Secure building with key fob access and gated parking for residents and guests only. Electronic combination for the unit door lock. The unit is spacious and clean. Some minor damage on surfaces. Balcony with table and chairs was a nice place for sunsets and breakfast. Plenty of beach towels, chairs, an umbrella and more. Check in was a little complicated but the host had someone meet us to help and also tour the unit. There were luggage carts and a service elevator. Laundry room on each floor was clean and had newer machines. There is a payment card in the unit that is used to pay for laundry which is loaded at a terminal near the lobby using a credit card. Very convenient.

Only problem we’re the elevator. Only 2 out of the 4 elevators are operational right now. Between arrivals, moving out and pool/beach people the wait for an elevator is on average 15 minutes, with people arguing and jumping in front of each other, not a good situation. Besides the elevator issue the last couple of days, we loved this place.

Check-in process was smooth, apartment was very nice overall. Enjoyed the balcony and made use of the kitchen. Apartment was well supplied with beach chairs and umbrellas.

Overall our stay way good. The heated pool was fantastic and the property is on a beautiful beach that is very family friendly. Beautiful outdoor areas to enjoy ( although the pool could use some more lounge chairs.). We loved the Enjoy Cafe that will deliver (for free) to the pool and apartments. Their food was excellent! The Circuit, an electric transit program, is amazing and free. It will take you anywhere in Hollywood. This area seems very family friendly. It is close to a 7/11 if you need anything. The lobby is well kept and door staff was very welcoming and helpful. We had a few small issues that we will discuss privately with the owner but over all we had a wonderful trip!
