Stayed May 31, 2023We stayed for a friends wedding in Moraira, the property could not have been any better. Extremely clean and well equipped. Perfect location for the beach and the local bars and restaurants. Jose and Maria were wonderful hosts greeting us on arrival to show us around and also making sure we had essentials such as milk coffee water etc. We will hopefully visit again and I Will recommend to anyone who is looking for a Spanish holiday. Stayed Aug 2, 2022Amazing location, you can see the rock and the beach, right on the sea front. Shops , bars and restaurants are all very near. There is a parking space., 3 bedrooms, everything you need is in apartment, property is clean and relaxing. The landlord is very friendly and helpful

Stayed Oct 19, 2017I really enjoyed my holiday in this beautifully situated apartment. Sleeping with the sound of the sea,... Waking up with the sound of the sea. The apartment is beautifully furnished and has a top modern kitchen with all modern conveniences. I was convinced by the location, sea view, 15 m to the beach, wonderful promenade directly in front of the door, 5 minutes on foot to the nearest supermarket. Old town of Calpe within walking distance, many bars and good restaurants. The access to the house is beautiful and very well maintained. The apartment can be reached comfortably by elevator. Landlord and service on the spot very nice and for the well-being of the guest strives. Thank you, Maria & Jose, I will come back.
