Stayed Oct 5, 2025I stayed at this unit during a Nursing Traveling contract in Zanesville. Note that should there be a modification to your contract the property owner/ VRBO will not adjust your rent as others usually do (Furniture Finders). Genesis Hospital is actually 20 minutes away from this unit and there is no on-site laundry facilities (I found the laundromats located in town to be mediocre at best). Of note, the host did not communicate in a consistent manner throughout my stay. I would choose to live closer to the hospital if I returned to Zanesville.
