Recently renovated, the apartment unfolds over two levels: a cozy double bedroom and an intimate single mezzanine room provide the perfect balance of comfort and style, ideal for couples, families, or small groups. The living room features a comfortable sofa bed and TV, while the fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook your favorite meals with local ingredients.

Outside, the highlight of the property: a spacious furnished terrace with sun loungers, a table, umbrella, and a semi-rigid jacuzzi tub, where you can unwind under the Mediterranean sky. High-speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout make every stay even more enjoyable.

Located just 10 minutes on foot from the town center (slightly uphill), Grazy Home is well connected to the Circumvesuviana train and main attractions along the coast. The local “Circolare Sinistra” bus stops near Conad San Vito supermarket, a short walk from the apartment. For those arriving by car, private parking is available on request (€15 per day, about 5 minutes away).

Vico Equense is a jewel of the Sorrento Peninsula, known for its breathtaking views of Mount Vesuvius and the Gulf of Naples, but also for its renowned cuisine: birthplace of the famous pizza al metro, home to the legendary “Da Gabriele” gelato shop, and dotted with Michelin-starred restaurants celebrating local flavors. At check-in, ID is required for registration. Tourist tax not included (€3.00 per person per night, up to 7 nights, minors exempt). Check-in 15:00–20:30 (late arrivals with extra fee: 20:30–23:30 €30, 23:30–02:00 €50). Check-out by 10:00.
