Grandma's Castle Downtown Jasper, AR

Everything we could need was provided which made for a very comfortable weekend near the regional activities that we wanted to do. The owner was responsive and proactive to communication. Great space with character & comfort. The thru traffic of Jasper settled down in the evening and we did not have trouble sleeping due to noise. Parking was readily available… no other events were taking place (our party only used one vehicle). We had dinner both nights at local restaurants ( both very good) and shopped at a couple of stores on the square. We hope Jasper continues to revitalize & grow its seasonal offerings; planning to return again soon!

Great place to stay in Jasper!

Great location. Clean. Spacious. Parking was limited, but wasn’t a problem

This was our 2nd visit to Jasper and we wanted to stay in town to get more of the vibe. We liked having the ability to walk around the town without having to search for a parking spot. The duplex was a great option for us. Everything in one space. We didn't mind not having a stove since we were meeting up with friends and planned on dining in town or at the Cliff House Inn. Having a microwave was an option the rental provided along with a Keurig and full-size refrigerator. The point of contact was very responsive and provided all the information we needed to park and get in and out of the VRBO. Thank you.

This has to be the neatest use of an old storefront ever. The room was very clean and well put together. This room is huge and very comfortable. The owners are very responsive and helpful. If I have need of lodging in or near Jasper this is the only place for me.

We enjoyed staying at Grandma's Castle. It was clean and comfortable and the location is perfect. There is no assigned parking but we had absolutely no problem parking on the street in front. I would stay here again and hope to return to Jasper one day.

Great place literally in Jasper town square. Loved it. Owner was great! Highly recommend if you visit the area.

A lovely room! Very clean and spacious. Ideally situated for exploring the Buffalo River area but there is not much to Jasper itself. The Ozark Cafe and a pizza place are basically the only places to eat (but the Ozark Cafe is pretty good!). Harrison is fairly close if you want to venture out for more dining options. The beds are comfy and the larger-than-dorm-size refrigerator/freezer was much appreciated!Tracy was easy to reach and prompt to respond to my questions. Someone had commented about the road noise. Grandma’s Castle is located on the main road through town but we didn’t notice road noise (we do use a sound machine, though) except for the big rig that goes by at 4:30 each morning. I just happened to be awake at that time or I wouldn’t have heard it. A wonderful property that I highly recommend!

What a great overnight in the Ozarks. Enjoying the local roads on our Goldwing. Jasper was a great stopping point and Grandma’s Castle was super! Eat at the Ozark Cafe, also very good!

Such a cozy and beautifully decorated rental! Perfect combination of historical charm and modern ammentities! I stayed with my two nieces and the next day they kept asking “When are we going back to Grandmas Castle” Highly recommend this VRBO for your next trip to the Ozarks!

Everything was clean and comfy! Bathroom was clean and the whole place was very nice and in a great location! It did get warm at night while sleeping and we did have extra fans provided. I think just bc it’s so hot outside couldn’t be helped! Over all we loved the place and the location and would def come back!

the hosts were the absolute best. communication was 20/10 stars- very transparent, kind, and quick to respond. the property was squeaky clean and absolutely adorable. i truly cannot say enough good things about the hosts and the property! highly recommend!

The apartment was superb. But the road noise was excessive. Trucks powering by the apt at 5 am made sleeping difficult.

This was a great place to stay in Jasper. We were just off of the town square, so we could walk to shops and restaurants. It was a great location and perfect size space for our family of 4 for the weekend.

Grandma’s Castle was the perfect base for a few days in Jasper. Clean, comfortable and a few minutes walk from great dining options. Tracy was an excellent host, keeping in contact and making sure we were ok! Highly recommend!

Was in town for a wedding and stayed at Grandmas Castle. It was great. Room was clean, upscale and nice. Loved the Barber chair in the room. Location is right on the square in Jasper and walking distance to restaurants and shops. Communication with the Host was great. Would recommend and I would stay again

Nice layout and nice location. Parking was very easy as well. Could walk to anything we wanted to do in Jasper and close drive for hiking and sightseeing. Will definitely check availability of this place if we have occasion to return to Jasper.

Great location just minutes from great food souvenirs and easy walks around town. Everyone’s very friendly close to hiking waterfalls canoeing and fishing mountain drives all around beautiful Arkansas. I must our family and kids and only 1.5 hours from Northwest Arkansas. The host was great. I can’t wait to go back.
