Stayed Mar 7, 2025We loved our visit to the farm. We enjoyed seeing the baby goats. This was a great location as we visited several National Monuments in the surrounding area. The kitchen supplies are limited but we were able to make do with what was available. We probably cook more than most people.

Stayed Jun 20, 2024The Grovers were super responsive and accommodating. They are awesome. We needed to a special early check-in due to a same day funeral at noon. We were able to quickly wash/dry and iron laundry and make it on time. The decor is as the name suggests - like staying with Grandma. No frills and not roomy, but clean and comfy. My only suggestion would be to get a cheap wall mount smart TV for the kitchen area.

Stayed Nov 7, 2023Comfortable family setting with a good location for day trips in and out of parks and monuments. The apartment is very private with good parking. The Edge of the Cedars park and museum is at the end of the street. We were there three days and could have stayed longer with more to do.

Stayed Jun 16, 2023Cozy, comfy, clean, and quiet. GMH provided a basket of goodies such as coffee pods, granola bars, and s'mores, which was a nice touch! The rooms were all clean, as were the kitchen/dining and bathroom. The communication from GMH was very good, but I was out of internet/phone range so I did not receive all the messages until after I had arrived. ...not to worry, GMH made thoughtful arrangements for my family and me to check in etc and everything turned out perfectly. My family will stay here again!

Stayed May 26, 2023The place was not very clean. But that said we had a lovely stay. All you need was there, even a nice welcoming box with goodies. And a perfect location for canyon land hikes.

Stayed Dec 31, 2025Great apartment for a small family in a great location. Parking was behind the home near the entrance door, which made it more secure and a lot easier to load and unload. The host was very kind and communication was perfect. They let us slow charge our electric vehicle overnight with a nearby outlet.

Stayed Oct 8, 2025Chicken feces all over outdoor parking are, severe dog urine and feces smell plus stains on carpeting indoors. Host uses Febreze, but that doesn't take care of the stench. We were unable to stand the smell to use the Q bedroom - urine/feces so strong, immediate headaches. Smaller bedroom also reeks of dog urine/feces. Woke up to spider bites on our hands and feet. Yellow stained mat in shower, so we didn't use the shower. Advertised w/ shower& dryer, which is why we rented for one twenty five, but dryer's heating element is not functioning, so it does not dry clothes. By the time we figured this out, laundromats were closed. Left with soggy damp clothes on our backs and in our suitcases. Dripping water stained ceiling panels, and black mold around bottom corner of door/mat that leads to outdoor stairs on the interior side of that door and mat. I was still willing to leave a positive review if we'd had to deal with 1-2 of these things, but all together, it is the most disgusting stay we've ever had anywhere. We left at daybreak, and it took all day after leaving to feel normal again - black mold and dog urine/feces are terrible for your respiratory system! Wish we could leave a positive review, but other guests need to know the health risks they are taking by staying here.

Stayed Aug 1, 2025This host is amazing! She was quick to respond to our questions and so helpful and willing to meet our needs. The host had a wonderful welcome basket and a binder to help us get to know the area. The kitchen is well stocked. The couch pulls out so you could sleep on it or relax after a long day of hiking. I missed that there wasn’t a TV when I booked, but we streamed on a laptop. We would LOVE to stay here again. We highly recommend this place.

Stayed May 23, 2025Cozy place, great location, within walking distance to the museum. It does sleep, 6 but probably not 6 adults. The beds are pretty small. It worked great for my family of 6, but four of us were teens/kids. Host was fantastic. We would stay here again in a heart beat.

Stayed Jun 10, 2024This was a modest basement apartment attached to the host's house with a fairly private side entrance down a flight of 12 stairs off a short gravel driveway. The appliances were dated but functional and satisfactory. The dining area was a little proscribed, but not a fatal flaw for our group. Sleeping accommodations were adequate and access to the museums and parks was wonderful. The host was quite friendly and even kind to our curious 5-yr-old when he had important questions about her goats and horses.
