I can give you an adjective-ridden description of how perfect everything is here but I've chosen to just write my thoughts and experience.r>
To put things in layman's terms - it's a fantastic resort. The multiple infinity pools are beautiful and well kept. The property has several pools including an adults-only pool that overlooks Land's End(fantastic view) and a pool with a swim-up bar.

The staff is very friendly, the town is very safe and I have no issues getting around. Every room is impeccable and the service on the resort is unparallelled.

I live on the east coast and prefer Cabo over the Virgin Island resorts even though I have to travel further.

I really enjoy the town and believe you will not make a mistake if you decide to stay here.

The rental can be had year-round and I'm extremely flexible with dates. The unit's booking rate through the hotel is close to $3,500 per week.

Typically, check in and check out days are Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday.

Here's some info on the Studio you'd be staying in:
The unit offers 737 Sq Ft of space which includes a King Bed, living area(with queen murphy bed), dining room, kitchen, 1 bathroom and private balcony.
Studio can accomodate 2-4 guests.
