Grand Canal Apartment...Venetian Dream!!! All Inclusive Options! No Extras -WiFi

What a lovely property! Very clean, had absolutely everything we needed, and provided such a relief from the heat. It was also quiet and centrally located.

The apartment was idea for an Italian vacstion.Location was perfect. We could walk to the Rialto bridge just in a few minutes. An excellent shopping area close by the unit itself was absolutely immaculate. It was very well stocked, including coffee and condiments and water Coke and wine and beer and the bed was very very comfortable.Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend

This day was close to the main attractions of Venice. When we initially came, I wasn’t sure if the sheets had been changed or not but communication with the property manager was excellent and they went ahead and changed out our bedding sheets just to be on the safe side. Also, the listing stated that there was a washer and dryer available… There was a washer machine, but no drying machine. Only the drying rack. However, once again, communication with the host was great and they offered to wash and dry our clothing for us.Be mindful, this is an older property; the towels and even the robes they have in the bathroom were old. It could probably use an update.However, all of that being said… We were greeted with goodies on the kitchen table, as well as some drinks in the refrigerator. That was a very nice touch! I wouldn’t mind staying here again.

We had a wonderful week in Venice for our 30th Anniversary! Monica’s place was perfect. Centrally located but in a quiet section. The place was clean and complimentary drinks and supplies were greatly appreciated!! We would stay here again or at any of Monica’s properties as she was a perfect host.

This is a wonderful place to stay while visiting Venice. It is close to San Marco square and the Rialto market, but on a quiet street. The apartment itself is very comfortable and Monica and Fabio even provided us with breakfast for the three days we stayed there.

The apartment was an ideal location to explore Venice for the first time! It was close to the Rialto Bridge and market and just a short stroll from the Grand Canal. We found excellent places to dine nearby, and great communication with our host! food and sraff.

The apartment was clean, spacious, and in a great location. It was in a quieter location, but still near restaurants, shops, and the Rialto bridge. The host was easy to communicate with, provided prompt answers to our travel questions, and left breakfast items, snacks and drinks in the apartment. We highly recommend!

Fabio was a wonderful host. The apartment was as described. The location was perfect and our host more than accommodating. We really appreciated our stay and can’t wait to come back!

We had a short stay in Venice and this location was perfect. The hosts were very attentive. We had issues with air conditioning, and the hosts were responsive, although the issue was not resolved.

We had a great stay!! We arrived early and it was easy to get in, we were able to drop our bags in the morning before checkout time which was so nice. This was right in the thick of things but felt like we were in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment was packed with everything we needed, including drinks in the refrigerator and lots of snacks!! The AC kept us super cold which was amazing because it was hot hot hot in Venice while we were there. The beds were comfortable and the set up was great for our family of five!!

This was the most amazing location. Very comfortable. Host was so kind. Only complaint would be the property does not have a dryer as advertised. We loved our time here.

Location was amazing. Staff on site was amazing. She allowed us to stash our bags when we arrived so we could explore the city until the room was ready for us. The main bed was fine, but the pull out in the kitchen/living area was very uncomfortable. Wouldnt recommend that bed for adult use. Otherwise everything was fantastic.

The location is perfect. It is minutes from Rialto Mercato and the water taxis. At the end of a street is wax quiet and peaceful at night. The staff went out of their way to help us. My husband and I got sick and they found us an excellent English speaking doctor for which we were grateful. We want to return and stay again!
