Stayed Jan 16, 2025It was clean, all the appliances worked, and it was close to where we were visiting so it was good for sleeping at the end of the day. Safe with a gate and fence in a quiet neighborhood.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Michelle greeted us when we got there from Dallas. I've been coming to Granbury since the mid-'90's for business, and now I own most of an acre here just outside of town I want to build on in the near future. I love Granbury, and we came down on a VRBO deal. Just a hitch outside of town, it was an efficiency built as part of the main house, on a corner. Easy access, love-the-country-feel, etc. Very nice hosts, and would come again. If I could wish for something, it might be some blackout curtains on the windows, and you have to use a hot-plate as a cooking stove. For a quick jaunt, it's not a problem, but... Michelle's suggestion where to go the next night, Saturday, was spot-on! We went and we had a good time at Warren's Back Yard just off 51 N. Danny & Lynn

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Making it clear this is not in an apartment complex but at someone's personal home should be a requirement. Not allowing the cat access to the apartment should be a requirement.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The studio provided a nice, clean, relaxing place to stay in a great neighborhood. It had everything we needed and was conveniently located to our friends at the lake.

Stayed Mar 14, 2023Very comfortable converted garage/studio with all the amenities for a simple stay. No stove, but hot plate was great! Hot showers for all 4 in our family. Watched Marched Madness on t.v.. Owner provided extra blankets quickly upon request. Our dog loved it, too. Great property to walk our dog. Wonderful, affordable stay! Stayed Oct 21, 2022After not receiving check in info, we were able to call the property manager and get everything we needed! The place smelled amazing and was just what we needed! It was well stocked and very cozy!
