Gracie's Homer House; Home With A View

We enjoyed our short time at Gracie's. The house was quiet, clean and comfortable. We would definitely go back.

The appt was private w/ private entrance. It was very clean, lots of windows w/ multi-directional blinds which made it nice to block out adjacent houses giving a sense of country living. The hosts had a wonderful giant platter of delicious fruit on arrival and later some most delicious banana bread. The mini fridge was more like a half fridge and they provided a toaster oven and large microwave. There was a great roomy bathroom w/ shower. All in all it was a great place to stay.

Host is super friendly and helpful. Property is very close to downtown Homer.

Easily the best stay we have had in Homer. The space was exceptionally clean and felt very comfortable to be in. The host was fantastic and provided such a welcoming space for our weekend in down in Homer. Great location to get to the Spit and all our activities easily, closer to the main part of town which we preferred for the restaurants, and great morning coffee views. Nice and quiet, and so comfortable. We'll be back!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect with a beautiful view, and the bed was super comfy. The kitchenette had everything we needed, which made it easy to settle in. We really loved the space and would definitely stay here again!

Cute place! Well appointed and comfortable. Very clean and well kept. Note- no kitchen but there are plenty of places to eat. There is a fridge, microwave and coffee pot. The owner baked us a treat that was so good with our coffee. I would stay here again.

Hostess Gracie, was amazing, kind, and exceptionally gracious. The place was clean, cute and cozy. Best sleep I had in AK. We got back late and she warmed a plate of banana nut bread with some butter. 5 star in all categories. We've stayed in a lot of different types of places and Gracie is hands down the best and her place is amazing. Thank you SOOO MUCH for everything, Gracie.
