We stayed for a few days to catch a show at the Masonic downtown and meet up with some friends. It’s close enough to everywhere you want to be in the city. We like to make a few of our own meals so we were pleased with the proximity of Whole Foods and the well equipped kitchen. The parking space is tricky for a large vehicle so I suggest backing into the space if you can.We will definitely stay again. stretching out on that awesome bean bag chair was the best. I want one for home.Cool neighborhood with some excellent vintage clothing stores and a great bakery. The whole package for a fabulous visit to the D.

This loft was such a great place to stay. The location was perfect for us and the decor was super fun snd funky! We loved it. There was plenty of doable for us to to trek sx and the kitchen was well equipped. Good communication with the manager. Check in and out was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Detroit.

The loft was beautiful, bright and spacious for the group of us 5 girls. The beds and couches were very comfortable and the keyless entry and updated heating/cooling system was nice. The one thing I will forewarn potential renters of: the owner of this loft was very insistent on no parties or noise. I don’t know what constitutes a party in their opinion, but I received 3 messages before and during our stay warning us to not have one. We weren’t planning on it, but it put us all on edge and we were nervous to even laugh too loud. The owner lives next door and told us she’s call the police if we were loud. Again, we didn’t have a party and I get some people may or do - but her persistence to talk to us about it (even while there) made us nervous to fully relax out of fear we were too loud having normal conversations. Just something to keep in mind if you’re a group looking to have a good time staying here.

We couldn’t even walk around without our socks and feet turning black. They didn’t even attempt cleaning the floors from the previous guest from how dirty and sticky the floor was. The fire alarm was broken/dead and when I told the host it took her 3+hrs to send someone to “fix” it. By fixing it they took they took it off the wall. My family felt disrespected and unsafe. We didn’t even stay our 2nd night. I would never recommend this place to anyone

We were only visiting Detroit for a short time, however this property served the purpose very well for us and was accurately described. Very clean property, with thoughtful decorations. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area!
