Stayed Feb 6, 2025Loved staying here, the check-in took a little while because there was a lot of people, but overall it was a great stay. There was an issue with the toilet but they were able to send someone out to fix it and gave us extra towels no problem

Stayed Feb 10, 2025I booked the property... Made my 2 payments... Sent 2 messages within the 3 day prior timeline on check in and got no response until the day of check in. He gave me a reservation number that was for another guest who took my reservation!!! The owner gave me an alternative location 20 minutes away and not on the bus route for the convention I booked for. Never asked. Never called. Caused me heartache and headache. I reported him to VRBO and while the phone agent there was helpful she never could connect me to the supervisor. I AM THE GUEST. I MADE THE BOOKING. This guy screwed me over and sure gave me a refund but was L A M E... stay away from this guy and any of his properties. Have a nice day...

Stayed Aug 11, 2023Very clean and comfortable. The location was great. There was tons to do on site and it was very close to other things in Orlando. A lot of things for kids to do as well.

Stayed Mar 1, 2023The resort complex was massive but lots of swimming pools to spread out. Clean facility. Landscaping was nice. Good amenities.

Stayed Sep 23, 2022Everything was great! Staff, location, room and check in process were excellent. You have a lot of activities daily and so many things to do it’s definitely a fun resort! The only thing was I reserved a room with a jacuzzi inside but when I did the check in they told me they were very busy and there was no longer rooms with jacuzzi available, I was confused because I had already reserved one and pay for it so I didn’t know why there was no more; they gave me a room with an extra bedroom which I really didn’t need but it was fine. Overall I would definitely go back!?

Stayed Aug 20, 2022handicap friendly I REALLY ENJOYED MY STAY ONLY COUPLE COMPLIANTS (1) NO TYPE OF GRABBAR IN BATHROOM FOR SENIORS OR TOWEL BAR (2) IN LIVING ROOM IT WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE SOME TYPE OF SMALL TABLE TO SET YOUR DRINK ON WHEN SITTING ON COUNCH OTHERWISE IT'S USELESS WHEN SOCIALIZING ( LOTS OF SMALL ANTS ON BALCONY OTHERWISE THE FACILITY WAS VERY NICE LOTS OF ENTERTAINMENTS IN AND OUT OF THE WATER
