Stayed Oct 19, 2024We liked the property. It has its limitations, but we were not disappointed. Some of the things we liked include: 1. Well-stocked kitchen. Had everything we needed. 2. Plenty of supplies like toilet paper, soap, dish-washing detergent, and such. 3. Beds and pillows were comfortable. 4. Nice and clean. 5. Location. The home is close to a grocery store, Target, and the Potomac Yard Metro station (the station is close enough to walk to--which we did one day). Things that were less positive to be aware of: 1. The house has been updated, but its bones are very old, and it shows. The stairs are steep, the closets are weird, and it just has the quirks you would expect from an old home. 2. The neighborhood is just ok. I didn't feel unsafe or anything. But it is definitely not an upscale neighborhood. 3. The smart TV had some problems connecting to the internet. It worked sometimes, but not others. Maybe if we'd worked with the owners they could have helped us. But we didn't put in the effort. 4. Parking in the rear through the alley is very tight. We did it with a mini-van, but it was a bit challenging. Overall, it was a good experience. The property was accurately advertised, and we were satisfied.

Stayed Aug 8, 2024The home was old that's fine, but the baths are in need of updating and the cleaning was not good floor and hair was noticeable should not be left for the guess to clean, we had to do a clean through. The kitchen could have been better stock had to rig the coffee pot with a lid that was found, no drain plug, dish towels or clothes and the front and back yard was in dire need of maintenance outdoor grill was unusable, our check out was Monday 12th we left Sunday.

Stayed Jun 6, 2024Although the property was clean, parking was easy and proximity to the DC metro area were all pluses, the communication with the property manager was lacking. The questions asked prior to booking about location of beds, baths, and need to use the stairs (for elderly guests) were not fully answered. This made accessibility for these mobility challenged guests challenging and, if answered more completely and accurately prior to booking, would have changed our decision to stay here. Otherwise, the home was clean, well appointed, with comfortable beds and ample linens. Would recommend for a group that does not need to worry about using stairs to access either of the bathrooms and the bedrooms.

Stayed May 16, 2024We had a good stay at this home by Cozysuites. I felt that the id verification was invasive by cozysuites but had no choice but to comply if I wanted the check-in code. The unit itself was as described, convenient to the train, clean and well equipped. It is a recent renovation and overall was well done. Parking was off street and easy to access. Cozysuites was responsive regarding supplying a pack and play for the unit. All in all we would stay in one of their units again.

Stayed May 18, 2024The location is great, near the metro and grocery shops. You do not need the car to go to DC. The house is nice but a bit used. Some kitchen items were missing but provided very fast by the excellent agency service.

Stayed Mar 11, 2024The place is just as it says it is and located in a wonderful location to Washington. There is enough street parking for us and is located close to grocery stores. The beds were comfortable to me as I like a litter firmer mattress than my husband. It was very quiet and the neighbors were friendlyThe water pressure wasn’t the best but the shower has a hand held part along with a larger shower head and I loved that. Thank you for the stay.
