Stayed Jun 24, 2025The condo and area were all wonderful. The only trouble we had was the check in process. They sent a code and a video to unlock the door. I was very confident we could easily unlock it. Put the code in correctly multiple times, ended up locking us out and someone had to come reset it. The lady was not the nicest and blamed me for being unable to do the code. She was also having trouble with it when I watched her enter it in to the keypad. Then she again blamed me for it and sent a new code. I absolutely had no problems from there on out with the new code. I went back to look at reviews after she made me feel like it was me and told me “ you and only one other person has had a problem with this lock” I seen that 2 out of the 4 reviews people were complaining about the same check in process and 3 out of 4 were about the mannerisms of the manager. I guess I should have read the reviews to be better prepared. Other than that little blip at the beginning we had a very lovely stay. The pool was very nice and the food at the tiki bar was very good. We would stay there again.

Stayed Jun 9, 2025My family and I stayed in Branson for a family event. The property manager was very responsive to a very short change in our reservation. The home was very clean and comfortable and could really accommodate a family. The kitchen is very sizable with plenty of room for people to eat. Both bathrooms are very large and the beds were very comfortable.

Stayed Mar 21, 2025This was a great place to stay. Owner was very responsive when we had trouble getting in. Very clean and a great stay. We will definitely book again!

Stayed Jun 23, 2024This was a very clean and spacious condo and would love to be able to rebook it in the future. The only negative thing was not enough dishwasher gel and dish soap and counter top cleaner available. Love, love, loved it

Stayed Nov 17, 2023Cando was great, everything that was listed. Checkin was a nightmare. we had to call VRBO several times and hours of being on hold to finally get the check in code after the check in time. once we received the code, we went to the property however did not have the building or the unit number. Had to call the host to get the info. And then to lock on the door did not work properly and had to call the host again. Thankfully the last two times the host answered. Prior to that we called several times, and the host did not answer. All in all a great condo just horrible check in communication.
