✴Gorgeous Apartment - Awesome Location✴

The host, Michael, was the best. He helped me get into the apartment and settled. The apartment is really great. Everything you could want. Very pleased!

The property was very good but not designed for 3 adults each needing separate beds as one had to sleep on a blow up mattress. The single bed was also very soft. Would be better advertised as 2 separate singles in 1 bedroom or a 2nd double bed for a maximum of 4 people.

The unique nature of the neighborhood doesn’t prepare you for the comfort and elegance of the living space.

Clean and convenient.

It’s so nice to cook our meals since my wife has so many food allergies. Love the washer and dryer and they included laundry detergent as well. Room was clean and quiet, much more quiet than a typical hotel room.

Lovely place. Needed some cleanup on the floor and one of the towels were wet.

This is a nice clean apartment. It has a very morden vibe. It was quite and located close the grocery store, restaurants, the airport and the hospital. I was there for a week pre and post operative surgery. Was an great space to recover. Lost my email from owner on how to get. Reached out to them via site and was responded to with in minutes. I would recommend this appartment to others and will stay again if visiting Anchorage.

It's ok, i mean it's more like a bachelor pad, definitely not made for small kids, teenagers more like it. Took three hours for the bleach smell to leave the place when i checked in and the pillows were wet, there is only a queen bed in one room and a twin bed in the other. I think the couch is the futon? not sure.

We were very pleased with the apartment. Check-in was easy. The apartment had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect for getting to downtown and to the train station.

This home was just as advertised. We came in very late at night, but the house was easy to find and the dedicated parking space was nice. An easy walkway and several stairs took us to the apartment that was accessible by lockbox. The apartment was immaculate and presented just like the online pictures. We found the beds comfortable, cooking made easy by the thoughtful additions in the kitchen, and laundry area perfect. A prior post mentioned no screens on the windows, but all the windows now have screens and there was a large fan provided that was very helpful. With the windows open and the fan circulating air, the apartment was very comfortable both day and night. We would absolutely return to this rental on our next visit.

The house was very nice, convenient to Anchorage, and easy to locate and check in. The description was a little deceiving as it listed 2 beds plus a futon, but actually had 2 beds and an air mattress with little room to put it. The lack of curtains in the living room made sleeping on the air mattress quite difficult during 24hrs of daylight. Would definitely recommend, but not for more then 3 or 4 people.

Ive stayed at this location twice. Its a very nice property, clean and has super comfortable beds. I will stay here again and would recommend to anyone staying in Anchorage.

This apartment is comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen is stocked well enough to cook a meal. There are lots of towels and cozy blankets.

Property very clean and check in was super easy! Although it was small, it was very comfortable and clean. We did know ahead of time that it was not a big property and that wasn’t a problem. We liked the new and modern vibe in the living area. The problem came in with a number of beds. It advertised sleeps six. There was a queen size bed in one bedroom, a small couch (not long enough to sleep on) in the living room and a twin bed in the second bedroom. I had been very clear when applying for the space that we had 4 adults, even including our names. When checking in, the problem was noticed and they offered to set up a second queen size bed utilizing a “blowup mattress” in the bedroom with the twin bed. The “blowup mattress” was not in any of the original posting. Not comfortable.
