New construction carriage house on East Gordon Lane. This is a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment above the detached garage. The yard area is shared with the main house. There is no shared interior space. Guests will have a private bathroom & full kitchen. There is a TV in the bedroom as well as a TV in the living room. Guests may use one garage spot underneath the apartment. There is a EV charger in the garage for guest use along with a washer and dryer (please bring your own detergent).

If you have a boat or a trailer you may pay $25 per day extra to park it in the yard next to the carriage house.

This spot is about half a mile walking distance to Forsyth Park and River Street. It is close to the downtown grocery store (Kroger) as well as many shops and cafes.
