Stayed Feb 27, 2025Our main objective was to find a safe place to stay while visiting Dallas. For the most part, this apartment met our needs. The apartment complex is small with an entrance security gate. The gate was left open during the day but was closed overnight. The pool area was cozy but nice. There were some maintenance issues that were brought to the property managers attention (Vera). She promptly responded and offered to send maintenance over right away. Vera also met us at the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden to get us in for free. That was a nice perk of renting this apartment! If we ever come back to Dallas, we will probably stay here again.

Stayed Feb 23, 2024Overall impression is meh. Smoke alarms lacked batteries, not enough silverware, not enough towels, entrance gate open all the time, many lightbulbs were out, some trim in bathroom peeling paint in bathroom. Place was very clean on the inside, convenient to our needs. Aboriteum was a nice touch. Will be coming to that area again but probably will look at different properties.

Stayed Nov 21, 2023Property is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Apartment looked exactly like the pictures. It’s on the outskirts on the downtown area. The apartment had all the necessities.
