Stayed Sep 10, 2025This apartment was pristine clean. The unfortunate parts were as follows: There is a Karaoke bar directly across, as well as a Bubble Tea spot with outdoor seating. The noise level was until 1 am, the Karaoke singing quite loud. Noise restarted about 4am. The location is very close to the shopping area. You can't walk to the train station, need a taxi. There is a washer/dryer combo in the bathroom with no instructions and no detergent. There are 44 marble stairs to walk up, and the lift works sometimes. Upon arrival, we tried to communicate with the owner, our U.S, phones had difficulty accessing the number to open the gate. We went to a shopkeeper nearby to help us. There is a lovely man named Freddy who is the property manager and very helpful, but has limited hours. The communication with the owner was either not answering our questions or getting back to us the next day. That was disappointing as it hasn't been our norm with using VRBO properties.

Stayed Jul 11, 2023This property is near the Towers. The loft is nice but not private. We did the secret food tour that met right at the Towers. The host was available and willing to help on short notice.(remotely) His directions and instructions on check in were flawless. The apartment was nice and well equipped.
