Beautiful apartment with 2 bedrooms, a loft, living room, large entrance with breakfast area, kitchen and 2 bathrooms.

The apartment opens onto a large entrance where there is a breakfast table.

From there you can access a modern, spacious and bright kitchen, with induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher.

The entrance also leads to the living room, where there is a modular dining table, a sofa bed (one sleeps) in front of the television.

Alsofrom the entrance there is also access to a bedroom with its own bathroom furnished with sink, shower, toilet and bidet; In this room there are 2 sommier beds, which can be used as a double bed or as two single beds, a 3-door wardrobe and an armchair. This room also has a loft which is accessed by climbing the external staircase, so it is autonomous from the underneath bedroom, here is a sofa bed with a pull-out bed (two more sleeps) and a small closet with coat hangers.

Continuing along the staircase leads to the second attic bedroom: here there is a comfortable double bed, a single sofa bed (1 sleep - this is suitable for a child, the matress is very thin, for an adult we can provide a foldable matress to make it softer) and two comfortable pouffe in front of a television. This room also has its own bathroom furnished with sink, shower, toilet and bidet

The location of the property was excellent. There are some maintenance issues in the apartment--both showers leaked and there was quite a bit of mold in the upstairs shower. Both bathroom sinks are very, very slow to drain, I notified management of the issues--hoping these issues were addressed after we left for future guests.

We could not have picked a better place. beautiful apt and the location was perfect. Just steps away from main square and great access to the rest of the city. Property manager Sandra was awesome!
