Getaway for Two Only Blocks from River Street by Lucky Savannah

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time! The rental was very amazing. Centraly located for walking to everywhere. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Always felt very safe. One problem with the rental is that there is no outlet in the bathroom which I felt was weird. Also there was no Keurig for the unit so we bought one and left it there. It did indeed have a coffee pot but we wanted a Keurig. Hopefully it stays with the unit. Plan on coming back next March again.

We chose this last minute as a getaway before we went on our official honeymoon trip, but everything was great! Perfect location, the room was clean, and even had a little patio/rooftop area that wasn’t posted. Overall I would say it was a great experience.

Excellent response to a need for more towels. Only drawback was the 20 steps to the upper level room when your feet are already tired! We would ask for this space again.

This was a wonderful place to stay!

Very clean and cute! Walking distance to most everything in the downtown area. Very quiet! Do have to pay for street parking, however.

The carriage house was very nice. It was the perfect size for two people. The floor plan is open so the kitchen, family room and bedroom are basically in the same room. The decor is new and modern. A small vanity in the bathroom to put toiletries on would have been helpful. The location was just a couple of blocks from many of the historic areas in Savannah. Parking was on the street and was very easy to use with the Park Savannah app. - just be aware of the street cleaning schedule sign that’s posted on the street. We did have to contact management about the door code which they had forgotten to send prior to check in. They called us back immediately and rectified the situation. All in all we had a wonderful stay and were very pleased with the unit. We would stay here again as well as recommend it to friends.

Reviewer Comments: Perfect location for a staycation getaway - just behind Broughton Street so we were able to walk around downtown and to dinner which we loved! The space was well stocked, neat, and clean. Comfortable bed. Fairly easy to find parking in the area. Lucky was friendly and very quick to respond to any questions we had prior to our stay. We cannot wait to stay again!
