Welcome to Gemstone! Nestled on a quiet, tree-lined street, this architect designed space is just minutes from Yale Campus and downtown New Haven. Both beautiful and functional, it has been fully renovated and thoughtfully crafted to feature both modern and classic elements. In addition to two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, it includes everything you need to feel comfortable: central air, washer/dryer, WiFi, a 4-seat breakfast bar, new appliances, easy parking, and a 6-person dining table.<br>
This private 1st floor apartment was JUST renovated in 2024 from top to bottom. Do not let the limited reviews fool you. We are extremely dedicated hosts who are passionate about what we do. We have poured our heart and soul into this entire house, sparing no expense so that we can offer guests the best experience possible. While designing these apartments, we put every effort into creating spaces that we ourselves would want to stay in. Each unit in this house features central air conditioning, all new kitchen and bathrooms, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops.

This sparkling clean apartment has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms (one en-suite and one main bathroom with laundry). It also comes equipped with all of the basic amenities that you need to feel at home, including:

- All bedding and extra blankets and pillows
- Towels, toiletries, hair dryer, iron and ironing board
- Washer and dryer and laundry supplies in the unit
- Complete dishware, pots and pans, and cooking supplies
- On-street and off-street parking (please see a note about parking)
- Gigabit speed WiFi with free Netflix, Hulu, HBO, and Disney+
- Pack and play, high chair, inflatable mattress, and desks are available if needed

Outdoor spaces: The backyard and parking area are shared with other guests.

Parking: There is both off-street and on-street parking available. Our private parking area fits 1 car per unit. Additional cars can park on the street for free.

Hours are 10:00am-7:00pm daily.
Gym space is shared with other guests.

Noise: This is a multi-family house, so you may hear other guests at times. Quiet hours are between 10:00pm and 7:00am. .
