Stayed Sep 18, 2024Our stay was for 6 nights in September 2024. The location was in a quiet Bologna residential neighborhood-- an appropriately 30-minute walk to the Center and 30-minute walk (in another direction) to the University area. The apartment was very clean and updated with modern appliances (including clothes washer). The manager Silvia was always available and was always friendly and helpful.

Stayed Sep 25, 2024The apartment was lovely. It was well appointed, and after staying in smaller places, it was nice to have space to unpack, a kitchen, washing machine. The neighbourhood was well situated and we felt very safe. We were a short 15 minute walk from the gate or even quicker by bus, which was very convenient. we visited local coffee shops, and found everyone in the neighbourhood very friendly. Also, best shower of the entire three week trip.

Stayed Sep 4, 2024This apartment is very spacious and has everything my partner and I could have needed. We appreciated the coffee machine, full-size kitchen and spacious bedroom with plenty of space to hang our clothes. The only thing we were disappointed about was the washing machine. We booked this place specifically because it had one and we knew we’d need to refresh our clothes half way through our carry-on only trip. Even after 3 loads, our clothes did not smell clean. Otherwise, the walk to the city center was very easy and enjoyable and our host was very quick to respond to any questions. Grazie!
