Stayed Feb 10, 2026Good communication with host prior to stay via the App.- Room was lovely, modern, and clean. - Even though there was no daily maid service, you could ask for extra coffee pods and towels. - Didn't use the trolley to get up to room in building 4, as the stairs were good exercise. - Even thought the resort was large, it never seemed cramped, even though it was 90% occupied during our week. - swimmable beach area is small- food was delicious, although not inexpensive - the included hike to waterfall and kayak to Los Arcos was a real added bonus

Stayed Oct 29, 2023Great staff, nice mostly private beach, great food, wonderful room and view. The complex is pretty large but thet have a pretty prompt trolley. Buy sunscreen before you get there! We would stay again.
