Parking was convenient as well as the location!

We had a great stay at Anissa's place. It was clean and looked exactly as described. We really liked the ultra-convenient location as well as the large bathroom. Communication with the host was seamless. We would definitely stay here again.

This place was immaculate, warm and comfortable. Host had thought of everything to make our visit great. Had garage parking space for us with a garage door opener. Huge and beautiful bathroom made it very convenient for both of us to get ready at the same time. Can't wait to come back and see it in the spring when the garden starts to blloom!

Parking in the garage was such a plus! We loved having our own private entrance so near to the garage too. We didn’t know what to expect with the heating in the space and it was very comfortable. If you need a completely dark space for sleeping consider bringing an eye mask -we slept fine with the slight amount of light coming in the windows at night. We would definitely stay again!

The Garden Suite was a wonderful place to stay! The location is perfect for exploring Minneapolis, Anissa was a welcoming and thoughtful host, and garage parking was easy, too! If I visit in the future, I would be excited to stay here again!

Absolutely beautiful nice and quiet

Very beautiful room. Host was quick to answer any questions. Only minor inconvenience was temperature which we got figured out & host checked in on us to make sure everything was good! Bathroom was beautiful, Bedroom area was comfortable, Outside was very cute. I would stay in this room again if available!

It perfectly suited my needs. I was especially happy to have a garage space for my vehicle.HOWEVER: I was disappointed with the TV service. All I was looking for was Network and Local news, as well as the ability to watch AGT on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings. As an 82 year old senior, I am a dinosaur when it comes to streaming ROKU and all the other crap that was available. I was never able to find what I wanted to see. So, I adapted and read the books I brought along.

This rental had a spot in the garage to park, which was so helpful. The space was clean and nicely decorated. Access with a code made coming and going easy. The host was great with communication, and the location was good. Getting on and off the interstate was painless. The only question I had was related to the AC, which I learned is controlled by the host upstairs. It was definitely a comfortable site.

Communication regarding check in was excellent. Nice little patio to sit and enjoy the flower garden and bunnies that came to visit. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom is large. Everything was just as stated by the owner. Would stay here again.

Stayed for a wedding. Nice enough place just a bit hot with the warmer weather and lack of AC.

This was a perfect spot for myself, my husband, and our 4 year old to stay for the weekend. We were visiting Minnesota from Indiana and Anissa was a wonderful host! Location is very walkable and we spent a lot of time just walking the neighborhood and admiring the beautiful flowers. Highly recommend this spot!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The room was perfect for our long weekend get away. I Love the garden! Such a nice, relaxing addition. I enjoyed my early morning coffees on the back patio.

The unit was very quaint and fully stocked with anything we could need, including a few sparkling waters in the fridge! This was my first bnb experience, and I was super impressed. Really convenient neighborhood as well- close to 35W but a cozy and quiet street.

Anissa's garden suite is clean, cute, and cozy -- perfect for an anniversary getaway for my husband and me. The neighborhood is lovely, safe, and very walkable, and it's an easy 15 min drive into downtown. The bed was comfy, the bathroom roomy and contemporary. It was really nice being able to garage our rental car. Communication with Anissa was excellent- she was there if needed, but not intrusive. We loved Minneapolis & can't wait to return & explore more. We'll definitely book the Garden Suite.

My boyfriend and I wanted to get away to celebrate both of our acceptances to graduate school. Our place was in a great location near plenty of things to do!

We were not in the place much to give a very good review since we spent most of our daytime hours with family. The only thing we didn’t like was it being so cold at night. We could never figure out how to turn any heat on. It was nice having heat in the floor of the bathroom, though. And we loved the big shower.

This was our first time visiting the area and this rental was a great jumping off point.

The garden suite was so lovely! Comfy heated bed, heated bathroom floor, clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay in Minneapolis. We appreciated the host accommodating for an earlier check in. Me and my partner often go to Minneapolis for concerts so the garden suite will most definitely be our go-to stay. I enjoyed a pleasant stay at Anissa's place, and appreciated all the details she thought of like a sound machine, heated blanket, qtips/cotton rounds and tea! Bed was comfy and shower was great, heated floors were a nice touch.
