Stayed Dec 31, 1969The property was just as presented on website. It was right around the corner from family we came to visit. We had plenty of room and we had good communication with our contact. Only issue we had was a smell of sewer coming from some where. Not unbearable but definitely not wanted. I put a rag in sink pipe and was better.

Stayed Jul 4, 2021We stayed here for my daughter’s softball nationals and it was perfect. We were close to the ball parks, the home was clean and the perfect size for the four of us. We were a short drive from downtown Nashville and any other place we wanted to go when we weren’t at the ballpark. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe at all times. One of the best things was the deer that visited the backyard nearly every day! There were two babies who hung out in the yard and their parents who came to get them at times. Loved it! The neighbors were also all very nice. Would definitely stay here again!
