Stayed Jul 6, 2022Very difficult to get in touch with anyone. 4 major light bulbs out and they said maintenance was coming to fix it and never showed up.. Second, we received emails at midnight and 4:00 a.m. emails and text message which I thought was bad timing and not okay. Also,when we got there there was a ton of issues wrong with with light bulbs burnt out and other issues along with that there was scruffs on the walls,floors, baseboards, as well as basins in the bathroom weren't draining. Everything was just not up to par. From the looks of the pictures looked great, but I actuality it really wasn't. Everything else security wise in the actual place is nice the pool was nice. The air condition of the unit was okay throughout, except for the master bedroom which we went and bought a fan for to have some kind of circulation within the unit. .old on all ac vents throughout the unit as well.

Stayed May 7, 2021The place was clean and conveniently located. The check-in process was not great since we were given the wrong apartment number. However, communication with the property manager was great. He took care of us and was responsive for the remainder of our stay. The property itself was as described and suited our needs. It was clean. However, the apartment complex was loud at night. Residents were loudly partying by the pool and in the parking area, so if getting a quiet night’s sleep is important to you, you may want to try a different place.
