Fun & Luxurious Hollywood Oasis Private Pool/Spa-Best Location-Double Quarters

Excellent villa with perfect location and great pool.

My sister and I had a wonderful stay at this property. Set in the Hollywood Hills, the house is charming and pretty. There are two separate units, one at the bottom front of the house that includes a kitchen, large living space/bedroom, huge closet and bathroom with soaking tub, shower and double sink. It also sits next to the pool, hot tub and private outdoor space. The second space is a little nest at the top and back of the house with a bedroom and bathroom so if you are looking for some privacy, this place will be great for you. Since my sister is the early riser, she stayed downstairs while I took the nest up top. I'd join her in the morning for breakfast and we hung out by the pool and really enjoyed the property. This was a perfect solution for the two of us and I highly recommend this property. The host was super nice and communicative and has thought about everything one might need while on vacation. The kitchen had all the items we needed for light cooking including some nice essentials like olive oil, etc. I would return to this beautiful property in a heartbeat and feel confident recommending to others.

I brought my family of four (kids 16 and 11) to Los Angeles for five days as part of a longer vacation. Lisa's place was the perfect base for the LA portion of our trip.The place is totally gorgeous and modern, and you have private access to the patio, pool and hot tub as part of your stay. Modern spacious bathrooms, comfortable beds, nice Televisions. A well equipped kitchen helped us for making some meals in the apartment. The neighborhood is quiet despite being very near some of the busier areas of Hollywood. Everything you need is nearby: gas stations, super markets, donut places (try Danny Trejo's place), etc. We had nearby access to Hollywood, Griffith Park, La Brea Tar Pits, etc. We also took trips out to Disneyland (1 hour drive) and Santa Monica (40 mins). There was convenient street parking for our rental car. Lisa is incredibly helpful and has lots of great suggestions about things to do.The listing was clear about the accommodation but I'll explain here for clarity. The place is split into two parts. The lower part has the pool and kitchen. You go up a flight of stairs outside to access the upper bedroom. My wife and I stayed there and the kids took the lower part. The arrangement worked perfectly; our kids are old enough that it didn't bother them having us upstairs around a corner but if you have very small ones it might be different. One of the best places we have found in VRBO and would whole heartedly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Lisa's. She had filtered water pitchers filled with glasses waiting for us upon arrival plus snacks, and coffee/tea pods. The beds were comfortable and the hot tub was great. It was too chilly for the pool. Would recommend and would stay again if heading to LA.

Our family of three had a wonderful time at this lovely Hollywood Hills location. Lisa is an amazing host and very kind and considerate. It truly felt like a home away from home.

This has to be one of our favorite VRBO stays ever. Lisa is the perfect host - her home is warm and beautiful. It was wonderful to start and end each day in serenity and have all the conveniences of home. We loved being able to walk to coffee, Trader Joe’s and Amoeba Records and it was a quick drive up to our favorite hike at the Lake Hollywood Reservoir. We cannot wait to come back!

Lisa was an incredible host. Unbelievably welcoming and generous with her time and her home. The house was immaculate and well stocked. The location was perfect for our stay - right near all the famous downtown Hollywood landmarks. We couldn’t be more happy with our stay.

We have been fortunate to travel and stay in many VRBO locations throughout the world. Lisa was by far the most responsive with any questions, communication was by far the best. Lay outdoor area was wonderful and so close to all the locations!

We had a great stay! Clean, quiet, lovely pool area, and nice to have separate spaces for sleeping. This place had everything we needed and was walking distance to Hollywood Bowl. Will definitely stay again next time we are in town.

I stayed with my two young children ages six and eleven. The home served as the perfect serene spa to relax at between trips around wonderful Los Angeles! The children were 100% thrilled with the pool and hot while I read or prepared meals.

Lovely home in great area with street parking which is very difficult to find in Los Angeles. We loved the layout and the privacy. Very convenient to the freeway. Lisa has stocked almost everything you will need. She’s a lovely host!!

My family and I loved staying at Lisa’s place, it had everything we needed. We loved the pool area, it was very relaxing. Lisa helped moved our date since we came in later than expected. She provided us with cold beverages when we arrived which was very nice. She also has cats in her area so we were able to see and pet them. We will have to book another stay there when we come back to LA! Thanks again!

I booked this beauty while visiting my daughter who lives in LA so her grandmother, aunt, and I could bond. We had a blast! The rooms couldn’t be more comfortable, beautiful or spacious. We enjoyed our coffee poolside each morning, and lounged in the pool and hot tub all evening. It was so quiet and secluded you would never know how close we were to everything—Hollywood tours, Warner Bros tours, shopping and wonderful restaurants. It was the absolute perfect getaway. Our host even welcomed us a bottle of wine, pop, and beer and snacks. It will be hard to top!

We came here for a girls trip and had a great stay! Check in was super easy and everything in the house was well labelled and easy to find. The host was very thoughtful and each room was well stocked and had everything you’d need. The pool and outdoor space were beautiful and super relaxing. The house is in a great neighborhood and close to countless restaurants and retail stores. I also really enjoyed having separate spaces for the two rooms.

Exactly as advertised! We had such a great time here. It is so close to many great attractions - and then having the private pool to go back to after a long day of sightseeing was perfect for our family. Highly recommend!

Great home-base for us to vacation in LA...safe, beautiful, quiet, and relaxing. Close to all the Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Sunset Strip must-sees and dos. Host was very accomadating and quick to respond to requests. Loved the pool/hottub/deck area for relaxing before and after a day/evening out. Bonus: moderate hike to the Hollywood sign from this house for an amazing experience. I did the hike twice during our 5 night stay....including once hiking to Griffiths Observatory and back to this house. It took a long time (5 hours) but was perfect for someone who loves to walk and hike.

This was an easy, beautiful stay for us. The kids loved the pool and we loved the greenery, birds and private setting. The inside was incredibly clean and thoughtfully arranged and organized. Lisa was friendly and helpful and gave us lots of space. We miss it there already!

This place is in an ideal location for visiting many LA attractions. Pool and hot tub are great. It could have been cleaner. We found used Q-tips in the shower and the window coverings were dirty. The upstairs suite is located far from the main unit. The listing is deceiving in this way. We assumed it was just above like in the photos. Most VRBOs are not owner occupied (I think they advertise this as a VRBO quality). However, the owner was onsite the whole time. Some minor noise due to this. Lisa was great though. Very prompt replies and provided some useful suggestions.

Accommodations were wonderful! Already planning our next trip!!

Best place to stay if you are visiting LA. Everything is perfect. The pool, the room, the kitchen, the shower and girls leave you're hairdryer and curling iron at home.... It is there!!!! No need to get bottles of water, there is a thing that clears you're tap water. And the shower was the best we had in month...... Thx you Lisa for making us feel welkom and at home. We stayed here five days as a family who was going to theme parks. The location was perfect and it was private and quiet. The house has so many amenities! Thanks for a great vacation. We will definitely be back.
