Clean, comfortable and nicely decorated

I thought the apartment was well appointed, relaxing, and I would look to stay there again if coming through the area. It was by rail yard, but I honestly did not notice any excessive noise and thought the place to be better than a hotel.

Third time we’ve stayed, obviously very pleased!!

The property is close to all sorts of stores and restaurants. The propery itself was clean, modern and nicely decorated. The bed and pillows were great, very comfortable. The exterior is well lit and there's lots of parking. Eric made us feel welcome and the communication could not have been better. We really enjoyed our stay.

Stayed here for the Nationals wrestling tournament & it was clean, close to everything, & the host was great! We had a little trouble finding the parking lot but otherwise it was perfect for a short weekend! Thank you for the recommendation of Gorat's! It was phenomenal! We would definitely stay again during next years tournament!

The rental was very clean with everything we needed. Rated a 4 due to busy street and not very comfortable beds. Would rent again if in the area.

We enjoyed our stay here. Everything was perfect and as pictured. Smooth check in process and Eric was very handy with recommendations for places to eat since I have food allergies. This location was easy to get in and out of & the perfect location for all the things we had planned in Omaha as well. Easy process, cute place, good location, and Eric was very kind, easy to get a hold of, and quickly responded to all messaging before, during, and at the end of our stay. I would stay here again the next time I am in town. We loved our stay here.

Bad parking, noisy, sketchy neighborhood.

This stay was amazing! The host was so incredibly responsive, friendly, and accommodating for an early check in.The space was clean, comfortable, and they even had nice extras like toothbrushes, combs, and slippers available for guests!Close to the downtown area, easy to get everywhere, and I’d highly recommend staying here!

It was very clean and had everything that we needed. Eric was very quick to respond and helpful. I only wish we had our checkout instructions sooner.

This property was perfect while in town for a basketball tournament. The host was prompt with communication and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. This property will be our go to spot next time we are in town.

We came to IA to watch my grandson wrestle over the weekend. This apt was as described and very clean. No complaints at all. Would highly recommend. Communication with Eric was excellent. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Our stay was perfect. Would highly recommend this host and this apt.

I brought my niece and nephew for spring break. It was a great location, easy commute to all things Omaha! It was a comfortable, quiet apartment. The owners were thoughtful and offered great ideas for things to do. It was the perfect stay to accommodate our needs.

On a stop over night on our way to South Dakota, we stayed here. It was a little hard to find the parking area, but one we did we were fine. I was traveling with my adult son. He didn't tell me until I asked how he slept that he told me there were not sheets on his bed. This wasn't an issue because he likes to sleep on top of the bed. There were pillow cases. I did have to ask what the check out procedures were given we couldn't find them anywhere. There was a quick response and it was easy to do. The decor was nice, and everything was clean. It could be loud where it was located, but the bedroooms were at the back of the house with fans to help provide white noise.

We enjoyed our stay , great communication between us and host. Highly recommend for a home away from home feeling!!

We had a fantastic stay! The listing was exactly as pictured and host was so communicative and easy to work with. The property was clean and the interior designs were so cute. Would encourage others to stay if in the area; and would book again!

We stayed here for our annual girls trip. The host was very friendly and accommodating! This little place is very cute and modern! It is located on a somewhat busy street, and getting out the driveway was hard if you have a low car, other than that it was perfect for the 2 of us! The beds were super comfortable! Drive to Dowtown Omaha was about 10 minutes-pending traffic… Will recommend this place for friends and family!!

Interior of home was decorated beautifully. Had everything we needed and much more if you wanted to cook. Full size washer and dryer were great. New bed in one room was great. Second bedroom could use a new boxspring and mattress (squeaky and older). Was not aware we would be staying across the street from a trucking warehouse distribution center which was made worse by the fact that there are many refrigerator trucks that run 24 hours and can be heard constantly inside the home. If that does not bother you this is a great house. The truck noise bothered us enough to cut our stay by a day.

Came up for the weekend for the Ice Cream Cruise drag event. Eric was amazing. We needed to add guests at the last minute and he was able to accommodate us with no issues at all! Everything was super clean and worked as it should’ve. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in town!

Very clean, nicely decorated. Close to Omaha attractions. The reason for three stars on location and neighborhood was not due to the proximity to all that Omaha has to offer, but this place is located right across the street from Conagra Foods. There was a constant hum that came thru the apt - I'm thinking it was from the semi trucks parked and moving in and out of there? There is a little patio to sit on, but who would want to? The view is less than stellar and the constant humming is annoying. We stayed for two nights and that was long enough. Just trying to be truthful here and let you know about the noise and the ceiling is thin - one can hear the person/people walking around upstairs. However, they were not walking around in the middle of the night. Otherwise 5 stars for all else! If you need a Roman Catholic Church, St. Peter's was very nice!
