We had a wonderful, peaceful and comfortable 9-night stay in this little slice of heaven. Very well presented, with a beautiful green outlook, all necessary cooking implements, and easy walking distance to delicious restaurants and several arts and culture venues. Craig is a great host, very thoughtful and responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We are looking forward to making a return visit and recommend this property highly.

We arrived ar the accommodation and was greeted with Emma who greeted us warmly and show us through the accommodation and its facilities. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and fully equipped. It is in a perfect central location near both the city and lake. We were able to walk into the city, to highlights such as both Parliament Houses, the National Portrait Gallery and the Australian War Memorial over our four day stay.. We only use our car one day. There are also plenty of good cafes for meals around the apartment and even a Palace Cinema. .

I was in Canberra for 5 weeks for work, annd this apartment was a perfect home away from home. The beautiful view, peaceful location, great cafe and restaurants close by and easy walk to the CBD made it a really relaxing place to come home to and to chill out on weekends. I really enjoyed being able to walk down to the lake, and watching the parrots in the trees outside. If you like to cook, the kitchen here is great. Not just really good appliances, but literally everything you need, from measuring cups and spoons, scales, mixing bowls, a grater, proper bakeware… Plenty of serving warm and the basics are also covered in the form of alfoil etc. There’s also a very friendly supply of tea, a coffee maker, bean grinder, and a plunger. The apartment layout is comfortable and spacious, the bedroom is comfy, laundry well equipped, and the building is gorgeous and full of art. I was a bit nervous booking somewhere for 5 weeks without seeing it, but I promise you will enjoy your stay here. 5 stars.

This apartment was spacious, modern, well equipped, and ideally located close to the City Centre, Lake Burley Griffin, and Canberra's National War Memorial, Museum, Library, and Art Gallery. The owner, Craig, is gracious and informative.

Craig presents a very well provided property and his attention to communications, check-in and presentation of the apartment exceeds all expectations. Booking, arrival, check-in and departure were seamless. The location right on the edge of the city is excellent. We had a great time and would use again. Very highly recommended.

Great location near restaurants, cafes and cinema. The kitchen is amazingly fitted out for cooking, and the laundry makes it a highly suitable place for longer stays. The host was very welcoming and provided an excellent in-person orientation to the building. We will use this apartment again!

Excellent, very clean, well equipped apartment in great location. So close to cafes and the lake. And loved the huge windows looking out onto the autumn foliage. Great view for the balloon festival. Thanks to Craig for a very informative and thorough introduction. Would highly recommend this place.
