Stayed Oct 13, 2025We stayed for a week and found the property exceedingly comfortable and the area felt safe. Would happily go back to this home if/when we go back to Sacramento.

Stayed Nov 18, 2024We had a great time at this location. Traveling with an infant can be difficult but having a safe home we could come back to instead of a hotel room made our trip very pleasant. The property was clean with plenty of utensils and cookware, blankets, towels, and basics that a family needs to feel like they're at a home away from home. Midtown is also a great location with many cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The owner was very responsive, friendly, and kind. His generosity was much appreciated and the next time we're in town we may try to book this property again.

Stayed Jan 31, 2024We REALLY loved staying here. We moved our daughter across the country to midtown and it was so nice to be able to stay right near her new place. David was so great as a host and answered all questions so timely. We will definitely be back! Thank you!
