Stayed Jun 10, 2025Apartment listed with AC - note that it is a lie as there is no AC! Owner then send me whats prob a past screenshot that “under details” it specifies that the AC is actually a fan! However, i confirmed with airbnb that the property indeed is listed as having Air Conditioning.Additionally, airbnb takes no responsibility for verifying what the owner list, at least that was their response. Also, main mathroom door does not close (due to rotting baseboard that gets on the way) and the fridge stunk! Oh, and the owner also wanted to blame us for a lamp that was broken (who knows for how long it had been broken!)

Stayed Nov 10, 2022This place is a short walk to all of the shopping and Calle de Laurel. It was clean and the patio was a great spot to people watch. The housekeeper Monica was friendly and prompt. Also nice that it is on the 1st floor so only one flight of stairs. There is a very close market and coffeeshop. Just remember that everything put restaurants are closed on Sundays.
