Full Apartment on Peaceful Alaskan Homestead

Close to Chin'an and highway. Close enought to Anchorage yet peaceful and private. As for cleanliness, bathroom sink was backed up with clogged drain, shower curtain was crusty and cabinet doors were tacky/sticky. The heater is quite noisy and struggled to maintain 64 degrees when it was 50 outside. Would not want to stay there in the cold winters. Tenants shop/garage is located beneath the apartment and you can hear all activity at all hours. Parking is fine for a small car, but a challenge for a pickup. Bring your instructions printed out because you need it for access code and/or internet prior to entry or connection to wi-fi.

Host was great and easy to reach. Place was clean and had everything. Great location. Nice to have laundry available. Gas grill was great to have. Thank you. We will recommend for friends and family.

Property was in a nice quiet neighborhood and very accessible to the highway. No real views but wasn’t there to hang out at the unit anyway. Perfect for a single or couple that doesn’t mind climbing one flight of stairs.

My stay was absolutely wonderful. I was on a trip to visit family and it was the perfect place for me with family within walking distance. Mitchel is a great host. Instructions and directions all very clear and responded quickly to any message requests. The property was very clean, nicely decorated. There were toiletries available like that toothbrush you always forget to throw in last. I would definitely stay at this property again. Jean -Las Vegas

The property was really cute. My only thing I would say is I don’t remember seeing anything about being a second floor unit. Also the bed is very high and a little hard to get in and out of. Other than that it was great
