Friendly Quiet Rustic 6/8 Sleeps Apt Near Woods

The place was wonderful. We were met by the host and they explained everything. We used Google translate a lot but it worked out. The pool was an enjoyed by our children (8,11, & 13). We didn’t have a car which was mostly fine as we didn’t intend to travel much but that did limit when we could go into the town. The place was very comfortable. There is no sitting room which was not a problem for us as it was warm and we were often outside. We loved the outdoor spaces, siting in the vineyard was very relaxing and the view from the hill above the house was stunning. A great place and the hosts were communicative. We had to change our plans on both the front end and they were able to flex with us for both! We would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay in Peccioli. Vaina was a very hospitable host! We felt welcome and very at home immediatly. The communication beforehand with Alessandro was very good. He answered very quickly and friendly. The hospitality, effort and care of Vaina made our holiday absolutely wonderful and comfortable. The kitchen had everything it needed to cook at home, the apartment was clean and well equipped. If anything was needed we could always ask Vaina. The children well enjoyed the garden and especially the pool and the little playground. The grounds were perfect for them to play and explore. The countryside made it perfect for us adults to relax, read and have a peacefull and restorative time. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would love to return. Thank you, Vaina - and of course Alessandro - for the great time.

Such an idyllic place. The house was spotlessly ckean, with everything we needed. There was plenty outside space, and swimming pool. We were staying there while we went to the Andrea Bocelli concert, our host, Alessandro, was fantastic, picking us up from the railway station and taking us to the concert, nothing was too much trouble He responded to questions and e mails, very quickly I would certainly recommend this place. We only stayed for a night but would have really enjoyed spending longer there. Many thanks again to Alessandro hope to see you again in the future

Our host was great. He was even willing to get into our car to show us where the least expensive parking was located.

I can’t thank Alessandro enough for his great communication in the days leading up to and during our stay, especially after a disastrous start to the holiday owing to Ryanair. The house was perfect, full of rustic charm. Bedrooms were well kept and spacious, the grounds were beautiful with lots of little areas to chill- our favourite was around by the small pool/giant paddling pool! Would definitely advise having a hire car, though we were able to gets taxis easily enough for the 8 of us to get us to and from the wedding we were in Tuscany for. They are not cheap, however. Would definitely recommend this host and property!

A lovely house in a great location and Peccioli is a hidden gem. Very relaxing and we had a great time, could have spent longer than we did. The pool is small but a very welcome addition to what is a lovely house. Would I come back? Yes.

My wife and I stayed in this amazing house for a weak. It's a place where you can find everything what is necessary to have a wonderful holiday. It's very very quiet! Alessandro and his mother Vaina are fantastic people who are very friendly. The house is comfortable and it has special atmosphere so we spent unforgettable time there.
