Friedman's Loft - The Ultimate Luxury Downtown Stay

No dish towels or soap. Dishwasher had water setting on bottom. Not checked before we arrived. Same with ice maker in bar.Internet was very spotty and we were unable to access the channels with ball games etc. This was very disappointing.

Great stay and a lot of room! Would look to book in the future!!

Great location and beautiful property.

I was there with other creator and business partners to attend a conference and absolutely enjoyed the space. We were the talk of the conference. It was absolutely beyond our expectations and the pictures are great but being there in the moment is what made it soooo worth it. The host was on point and addressed any and all of our issues. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to impress and stay in a very amazing and spacious as well as very well put together space. Thank you for hosting us this is our new space when we return.

A very professional and responsive experience. Kristiana was spot on with everyone of our last minute requests. The loft was obsolutely wonderful and was the perfect environment for a large family get together. We will book again if Kristiana is willing to tolerate us.John

We overall loved our stay in this home. It was very close to everything that we needed and we did not have to go far to do any activities. Our only concern were the number of stairs. Although it had an elevator indoors, it would have been nice to not have to deal with any stairs or a very slow elevator.

Our team was blown away by the space! They raved from the minute they walked inside. While we were close enough to walk to everywhere we needed to be, we had privacy and time to bond as a team since were not staying at the hotels with the rest of our convention participants. Everyone had a comfortable bed, and were excited to go home with clean clothes instead of having to laundry when they returned from our long, draining convention. We would definitely stay here again (and probably will)!

Stayed here for my dad’s celebration of life ceremony we had on the river close to Gay street. This place was great and everyone loved it, the only bad part was no freezer or ice on the main level otherwise the place was great!

This was more than perfect for our group of moms and teens celebrating prom. Plenty of space for teens to have their own spot and moms to be able to relax and have some wine. Beds were comfy and plenty! Only advice would be to add a freezer in the kitchen area. We brought food with us that needed to stay frozen and the only freezer in the basement was a little inconvenient. Also, the ice maker in the kitchen did not work so we had to get coolers of ice. Other than that, we were perfectly content! Had so much fun. And would love to rent again.

Absolutely stunning. The most spectacular property in the best possible location. Walking to Market Square for food and drinks is a breeze. The home itself is simply beautiful. So comfortable and lovely. The property manager is on point with communication and took care of anything we needed. 10 out of 10 for sure!

A condo full of old Knoxville history. Large, comfortable place with lots of things to do. Could use a bathroom nearer the three large bedrooms for those of us older renters. Overall I would rent it again.

All was perfect except dishwasher did not work or the sauna or the garbage disposal.

Overall we had a good stay at Friedman’s Loft. The location is very handy to many shops, restaurants, and the Market on the weekends. The Loft offers plenty of space that enables guests to spread out, but also has a very large kitchen and eating area for everyone. We liked the bedroom layout as it was very quiet and spacious. There are plenty of amenities at the Loft that you will find enhances your stay even though not everything was in working order. Unfortunately the two “car garage” was not usable to us as we had two SUV’s and there is a height restriction that only allow cars. (We realize that this is an older facility and making any changes would be pretty difficult). Also, the parking area just behind the Loft while convenient you had to be out by 04:45 AM the next day! We parked 3 blocks away in a Public Parking Lot and it worked out ok. We were also disappointed that the chair coverings were dirty, the information book was out updated and the pots/pans in the kitchen very used. The biggest concern we had was the main hardwood floor was “buckled” at least 4 inches high and about 10 feet long & it was hard to get the main door open. Lastly, we tried many times to communicate with the Host and were getting very worried as we would not get any calls/texts back. We even contacted VRBO and they couldn't always reach them. This was very frustrating and not acceptable. We hope they make the appropriate improvements because it does offer a great location and amenities.
