Pleasant accommodating host. Met personally !Location was three bedrooms, with one bedroom walk through …. Two fullBaths with powder rm. two small kitchens . Loved the motion sensor lighting, lots of outside lights. Easy 4 block to grocery store, one block walk to great Thai restaurant , two blocks to bar /restaurant . Easy walk to hop on tour bus stop. Location, location, location!!!

Great stay! Worked well for our group. Earl was very responsive and helpful. Good location and nice to have waters and coffee available.

Earl was quick to give us all the information we needed for the property as well as helpful advice on the best places to eat and the best places to go for entertainment. As a group of women, we could not have asked for a better local to help us navigate the safest neighborhoods and the neighborhoods to steer clear of. Thank you, Earl! You helped make our vacation amazing.

This place is very spacious! The host is AWESOME, Earl responds very timely and is very knowledgeable about New Orleans. Parking was very convenient! We enjoyed ourselves and was very comfortable. The AC was awesome! 2 kitchens and 3 bathrooms was top notch! The beds were awesome as well! We will be back!

Quick easy check in. Bus stop very close. Clean large apartment and well supplied. Not far from French Quarter. Excellent host Earl! Will stay again.

Only hot water in second bedroom other then that everything was good

What an excellent property for a visit to N.O. and specifically the French Quarter. Cannot recommend enough for a stay.

The Host was very welcoming and provided us with dinner and breakfast suggestions. All was in order with the house and nicely stocked with soft drinks

Earl, our host, provided excellent communication before and thoroughout our stay. Conveniently located in a very walkable neighborhood, this house was huge! It was perfect for us, and we even ended up with more space than I thought we were going to have. One of the showers tended to run a bit hot, but water pressure was excellent. The amenities were a very nice touch, and I would definitely stay there again.

This place was perfect for our weekend in New Orleans . Communication with manager was great. The place had plenty of room for our family of 6. And parking right in front. And some very pleasant extras. Water and sodas in the fridge!! No need to drive once you arrive. The bus and street car are right across the street!! We would love to visit again!
