This new apartment has all the ingredients required for a perfect family holiday, including views from every room of the famous Ulladulla fishing boat harbour or the endless blue ocean. The open plan kitchen, dining and living space is bathed innatural light and opens onto a spacious wrap-around balcony with bbq and sunchairs to lap up the views. The kitchen is fully equipped, complete with coffee machine, and is beautifully designed with marble benchtops, while the lounge offers an HD TV, DVD player and stereo.

There are three spacious bedrooms, the master offering a queen bed, walk-in-robe, ensuite and harbour views. The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third has two single beds, both offering harbour views as well. There is also a second, main bathroom, complete with shower, bathtub and double vanity, as well as a separate laundry with washing machine and dryer.

The picture is completed by a secure, underground double garage, split system air-conditioning in the living room and free wifi. Hotel-quality linen and towels are also provided, making this the perfect choice for a short or extended stay alike.

The apartment offers the ultimate location of being right next to the centre of town, while also being opposite the harbour and close to the beach. You will be able to enjoy access to all of the following without having to get in your car - supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, local parks, sea pool, harbour foreshore, nature walks, the lighthouse and nearby beaches.

    The unit is as good as you will find. Location is great, a minutes walk to the Main Street. If only the big shed wasn’t across the road spoiling the view. Would definitely stay again.

    The apartment wasn't cleaned very well prior to us staying. Truck and skip bin noise all throughout the night and morning was heard everyday. Too much correspondence via the duve app McGrath use with very little real information. Thoroughly read the instructions again and no mention of parking or garbage disposal. Windows and balconies were filthy. Plenty of thick dust on surfaces with lollipop wrappers on bedsides and floor.

    Lovely property, very clean and in a good location with a view of the water. Very noisy street outside was the only downside regarding the location which was in walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets and other shops. The beds were very comfortable but it would be good to have aircon or a fan in the master bedroom which got warm and stuffy. Bring your own toilet paper as they don’t leave enough. The main garage roller doors only had one side working for both entering and departing vehicles. Overall a really nice place, very clean, modern and with great features such as security intercom and doors.

    We had a great stay at new apartment on Wason St was a little noisy with trucks for Marina but was also walking distance to shops, cafes and restaurants.
