This new apartment has all the ingredients required for a perfect family holiday, including views from every room of the famous Ulladulla fishing boat harbour or the endless blue ocean. The open plan kitchen, dining and living space is bathed innatural light and opens onto a spacious wrap-around balcony with bbq and sunchairs to lap up the views. The kitchen is fully equipped, complete with coffee machine, and is beautifully designed with marble benchtops, while the lounge offers an HD TV, DVD player and stereo.

There are three spacious bedrooms, the master offering a queen bed, walk-in-robe, ensuite and harbour views. The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third has two single beds, both offering harbour views as well. There is also a second, main bathroom, complete with shower, bathtub and double vanity, as well as a separate laundry with washing machine and dryer.

The picture is completed by a secure, underground double garage, split system air-conditioning in the living room and free wifi. Hotel-quality linen and towels are also provided, making this the perfect choice for a short or extended stay alike.

The apartment offers the ultimate location of being right next to the centre of town, while also being opposite the harbour and close to the beach. Ulladulla is on the Shoalhaven coast, a three-hour drive south of Sydney. A 5-minute drive will get you to Mollymook, where you can find the famous Rick Stein seafood restaurant and spa, while a 10-minute drive will get you to Milton, a cute little country town with boutique shops and quality restaurants and cafes. Jervis Bay is a 45-minute drive away, with the entire region famous for its pristine waters and beautiful beaches.
