Free Breakfast. Pool & Hot Tub. Near UW-Madison!

Check in/front desk staff was great, helpful and friendly. Breakfast bar was amazing with a great variety of foods. Unfortunately on our last night we came back to our room having no A/C. Front desk tried to find us a fan but they didn't have one and didn't have any maintenance staff to help. So we had to try and sleep (which wasn't easy) with no air. Very frustrating for what we paid a night. Staffing was great but had to do lower stars due to the end of our stay.

Great location. Very clean.

The stay was almost exactly as listed minus the pool/hot tub not being accurate since they were not in service. My only complaint is we could not connect our phone to the tv to stream but wasn’t a big deal.

This property has been updated and is very nicely detailed, clean, and beautiful. The staff are responsive and readily available and quite friendly. Also a great hot breakfast in the morning and coffee available throughout the day for hotel guests all at a very reasonable Iwill cost. I

Property was in the process of a total remodel but it was a very nice place, GM and staff were very helpful the property is in a nice quiet part of Madison

It was a nice room with a comfy bed and working technology. The pool and hot-tub was a nice perk; great for relaxing after being out and about. Sometimes there would be no one at the front desk, so communicating with staff was a bit patchy, but decent nonetheless.

Was very disappointed when we checked in and found out the pool/hot tub was under construction! All of the advertising promoted the beautiful pool/hot tub which was the biggest reason we chose this! Not only was it under construction, but the front desk clerk lied to us about the completion! We were told at check in it would be completed by the next afternoon, when in fact it was nowhere near completion! We should have been told that it wasn’t going to be available and had a chance to change our reservation! Very disappointed!

We were in town to visit family for Thanksgiving.

Be cautious booking this room. We ended up finding a hotel room elsewhere as this room had an odor, was dim, not very clean, outdated, had an outlet coming off the wall and carpet peeling off an edge. Front of the fridge had food stains. The TV did not work and it was an adjouning room with mininimal soundproofing. Not sure how this was rented by a 5 star host as it was not even close to our previous premier host rentals. Property needs updating and for someone to actually care about the cleanliness and appearance.
