Stayed Nov 19, 2022The pics make this place look great and on the surface when you enter (through the door that wasn't locked when we arrived) it seems fine . However, the sheets were filthy when we went to get in bed so I had to do laundry at 10PM. Also we noticed that there was trash in the nightstand, standing moldy water in the dishwasher, dirty fridge, dirty floors and toilets. When I reported to the manager he did send the cleaners who were over a half hour late from the meeting time and they still didn't do a good job (even though we left a list per his instructions). The floors of the house don't feel stable. They are slanted and have soft spots. And there are gaps between boards. And along the wall at the back of the house you can see where water has run down most of the wall. The window trim on that wall is water rotted. And finally there is a bad smell coming from the fireplace that they have tried to cover with multiple air freshners of different types. If it wasn't for thanksgiving and super close to my family we would have left. Just don't stay here.

Stayed Aug 1, 2022The house was a decent property. The floors have soft spots when walking and the flooring was in rough shape in a few places. The exterior of the property could use some attention. Lots of branches in the yard and lots of broken glass (windows maybe) all around the back deck. Not a real safe place for younger kids.
