Stayed Dec 31, 1969The location is excellent with fantastic views. Staff are helpful and always enjoy a chat. Rooms are great and always quiet despite every apartment being full. There is a pool on site but, on this occasion we did not use it. Dartmouth, Brixham and other towns are a short drive away as well as Paignton zoo. We stay here every year and will continue to do so.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We love coming here and have done for over 20 years. The team are very helpful and the location is perfect for us. Kingswear is a short walk down a hill as is Dartmouth with use of a ferry. The hill back is a different story! The accommodation is perfect, it’s quiet, lots of wildlife and great views of the naval college, the river Dart and Dartmouth. Torquay is a short drive as is Torbay and Brixham.
