Stayed Jun 7, 2023We stayed here for two nights, and it was a great location to explore Venice from, quiet and safe neighborhood without too many tourists passing by but close enough to all of the major sites. The photos show stairs, but you are not allowed upstairs, it is just a walkway. The only problem we had was that the Wi-Fi did not work in the detached casita bedroom. But we feel like it was a great place to stay, and we’re very happy with the check-in and checkout process as well.

Stayed May 21, 2023This apartment was perfect for our trip with our 2 adult children. Our son stayed in the disconnected bedroom with its own bath & our daughter slept on pullout coach in main apartment. A little small but worked for us for short stay. Loved location - a little off beaten path but Venice is so small you can walk everywhere.

Stayed Jun 18, 2022Lots of space, well set up kitchen, the separate bedroom cabana is great for families with older kids. Very responsive and helpful hosts. This is not a loft that you can use, the loft area is inaccessible and the separate bedroom holds the second sofa bed.
