We stayed in Apartment 2. Very nice, specially the kitchen. Overall, very very satisfied with the apartment.

Very nice property. Communication with the property manager was prompt and clear. Everything was as advertised. We would stay here again.

We were very happy with these accommodations and appreciated the prompt response to our questions and concerns by our host.

The location was perfect for me and the apartment was exactly as described. It was exceptionally clean. I stayed on the 1st floor, and I could hear every step the tenants upstairs took - but it was quiet after 9 and wasn't an issue. I believe all the communication is AI auto-response so when I contacted the owner because someone was trying to get in and looking in the windows - hoping for confirmation of another tenant - I got a bizarre response hours later. Luckily - it was another tenant. The owner changed the heat setting from 70 to 65 midway through my stay which coincided with bitterly cold windchills. The thermostat is locked, so I guess I could have asked the bot to raise it - but who wants to ask every time you want to change the temperature? It is fully equipped with everything you need for a long-term stay.

We had a nice stay overall. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, and so much better than staying in a hotel - which I typically do when coming back to CT. The host was very responsive during our visit, and communication before and at the end of our stay was good as well. I appreciate the value in staying here, and would definitely book this property again next time we visit family.

The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay!

Great location! Clean and the host is very responsive. My only complaint is HVAC came during our visit to “winterize” and shut down the ACs and the heat shut on and it was still 80 degrees out and the cleaning smell had a very strong odor causing coughing and headache.

This is my second time staying here. It's very conveniently located and very comfortable. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good spot in Greenwich and/or just outside of NYC.

I really liked the neighborhood, the proximity to the downtown area. The apt was spacious and comfortable.

Overall poorly mantained, rundown, dirty, poor privacy and noisey.* the entry is all moldy and super slippery as I slipped w baggage. The walk up is full of bird excrement*Doors jams to open or to close, extractor works once in a while, only mirror in the entire unit is over the bathroom sink* kitchen utensils in the drawers are dirty, dishes chipped, burner out, oven dirty & we get to unload other people's dishes when we walk in and sit on broken chairs * light fixture broken, random unpatched holes in the walls, * no blinds in bathroom, front door or side door or kitchen- as option. There are contractors working next door all day. Other tenants peering into space as we were there. * shower curtain moldy, dirty & matted bedrugs & bath mat gross. floors . See pic of brand new socks after first night here.* no surprise they use dark towels to hide stains but they smell.* bed cover dingy and pllow covers looked oily and unwashed and pillows wo protectors exposing us to other people's body fluids * all of the windows were unlocked as we discovered the next day- huge safety issue * you can hear every footstep let alone people arguing in the middle of the night while we were trying to sleep. * When we drove up, there were and remain, 4 days later, rotting furniture to greet you. Perhaps that should have been the first clue. I don't have to like the place but it should have function,safety and be clean. I feel duped&dirty.

Easy driveway parking; convenient to train into NYC; very comfortable bed. I didn’t do any cooking but it seemed like the kitchen had good array of equipment. Host was responsive. Easy check in. Good internet. Be aware that this unit Apt 2 required outdoor stairs to the back of the building leading up to second floor.

We enjoyed our stay. There are some things which need attention we’ve passed on to the owner.

This is the 3rd or 4th year our group has stayed at this location. Centrally located, clean comfortable! We’ll be back again next year.

We found this property to be great for a 2 night stay. The rooms are not huge, but the property is in great condition and well appointed, a nice alternative to a hotel. Beds and couch are comfortable, kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment and nice table for meals. We appreciated the small touches, like plenty of hooks in the bathroom and shelves for our toiletry kits. Only issue we had was with heating system, which is not adjustable by renters and must be adjusted by property management company. They were pretty responsive via VRBO messaging, but the queen bedroom became very hot the first night and we were unable to adjust it. Other than that, highly recommended property.

We needed something in between family members in NY and CT and this was the perfect halfway point. We got to enjoy family friendly places like The Norwalk Aquarium but we also easily took the Metro North into the city.The property was clean and the hosts were quick to respond. We would stay here again

If we are ever in the area again we would love to stay here again if available.

Nice place but the berries on the driveway were impossible to avoid! Beds are high.

Enjoyed my second stay at the Safe House. Plenty of space, great proximity to Greenwich downtown.

This place was ok. Easy to check in. Not the place for you if you want somewhere quiet. There must have been very little insulation because we could hear the people above us walking around all day and night and could hear full conversations of people doing their laundry. The mattress in the main bedroom was lumpy and we couldn't fully shut the door to the kids room. The bathroom wasn't very clean and the ceiling had some mold spots. The a/c is controlled remotely by the owner, and the unit in the bedroom kept turning off and flashing in the middle of the night. All in all, this was not a great stay for my family.

The property is a lot bigger than it looks in pictures. The code entry made arrival easy. My husband, baby, and I were only there for about 14 hours, but it was great. We took a walk to the coffee shop a few blocks away then had to hit the road, but we'd stay again.
