Building located in Bibione Pineda, only 170 m from the sea, with a large shared garden and a barbecue for common use. Our flat is on the 3rd floor (no lift). It consists of a kitchen, a living area with a dining table and a double sofa bed, a balcony facing the south, a full bathroom with a shower, a bedroom with two single beds, and a second bedroom with a doublebed. It comes with A/C, a washing machine, and one covered parking space. °Photos are generic and representative of the accommodation type, which may differ in details such as furniture, decorations, and colours.
