Enjoy an exceptional location: just 10 minutes' walk from the beach, the dock, the market, the shops and the station. Everything is within walking distance, at the gentle pace of the city.

The flat comprises a bedroom with double bed (140cm) and private balcony (8m²), a bright living room with access to a street-side terrace (6m²), a fully-equipped kitchen, a bathroom andseparate WC. Private parking space included.

In summer, the street on the lounge side becomes pedestrianised from 12 noon to 11pm (July-August), offering peace and quiet in the heart of the town.

Welcome to the heart of Arcachon! Our accommodation is ideally located in the town centre, a lively, chic and typically Arcachon neighbourhood. Everything here is within walking distance: the sandy beaches are less than 5 minutes away, as are the restaurants, shops, covered market and SNCF train station.

The district offers a charming mix of Belle Époque architecture, flower-filled alleyways and a relaxed seaside atmosphere. It's also the perfect base for exploring the Dune du Pilat, the Arcachon Basin, or taking a boat to Cap Ferret.

Quiet in the evening, lively during the day, Arcachon town centre combines comfort, proximity and authenticity for an easy car-free stay.

The SNCF train station is close to the flat, as are bus stops serving the ocean beaches, the Dune du Pilat and other tourist attractions.
