Quite and bright loft, completely renovated with brand new forniture. There are a kitchen, a living room with sofa bed,double room, single room with 2nd pullout bed, bathroom, 2 wide terraces one accessible from the living room, the other one from both the double and single room. You will find table + chairs + sun umbrella set for the terrace. At the same floor of the building there is another available flat for the summer rent.
It is located downtown, a few 100 of meters from the sea, close to San Benedetto Del Tronto. At the ground floor of the same building there is a farmacy and right next to the building there is a big parking lot. Available from 25/06 to 06/07 and from 27/08 to 17/09.

The apartment is on the top floor which means there are gorgeous views of the countryside from the front terrace. The apartment has a lovely bright colour scheme and has everything you could need for a self catering holiday, including a wonderful Weber bbq. It was extremely clean when we arrived, and hopefully we left it clean! The common areas are also kept very clean by a lovely young lady. The free car park below the apartment was a real bonus. The bakery opposite (Elio's) had fantastic bread and pastries. There are plenty of shops and supermarkets and a wonderful fresh pasta shop (Emma's in Via Aldo Mori). The pizza at La Ruota are delicious. Franca is the most kind and welcoming host we have ever met in our many years of travelling to Italy. A very vivacious lady who really cares about her guests. Thank you so much Franca! Just a couple of minor points that would be helpful to have - kitchen towels and a small table on the rear table for coffee or drinks. This in no way detracted from the apartment and we are looking to return in 2024. Grazie Franca, sei e' molto gentile e ci sentiamo molto privilegiati di averti incontrato.
